The stores hours are good and the store is clean and well stocked and the prices are competitive. The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I've never needed assistance and not gotten it. Everybody's always bent over backwards to help.

In a small town it's always nice to be able to get what you need for home improvement.

The assistance was very good and the cashier named Elfreda was extraordinarly helpful.

This store is a fine example of what a home improvement store should be like. Their are always helpful associates available to answer questions about all of the products in the store. The store is clean and intuitively organized. The inventory is very complete. I've always found the product I was looking for. Their are many services provided that are helpful in home improvement projects. Highly recommend this store!

Generally well run store. I can usually find what I am looking for when I go there. Some of their prices are cheaper than the "supposed thrift stores". This particular store has much better help for customers than most.

As far as home depot's go, this is a really good one. Clean store that usually has what I want. Staff is friendly as well, and usually knowledgeable.

The store was very organized. The staff helped me so much throughout the whole store! They also gave my little ones candy which was awesome because they were being a handful!

I have been shopping at this store for years. Recently the customer service has declined dramatically. The employees don't seem to like their jobs and their attitude shows it.

I bought a ceiling fan and could not get any help in the store. I finally had to go on line. The lady at the customer service desk got on the computer but she would not listen. I finally asked if she was listening to me but she ignored me and kept on trying to find an answer to a question I did not ask at all.

We are extremely fortunate to have this well stocked Home Depot store here in Sheridan. We are approximately 125 miles from the "big" city of Billings MT so to have the opportunity to shop at such a big store means a lot to older people like me. I know younger folks do shop on line, but as a senior citizen, I like to shop the "old fashioned" way and look for and at what I am looking for. Folks at this store are always friendly and helpful and that means a lot to an old duffer like me.

The associate at the pain desk was very efficient! No one had to wait very long!

Friendly Staff

Staff did a great job of assisting us thru all the departments!Our Cashier Randi went over and above to assist us on getting us out in a timely manner and she sold me on getting a new Home Depot credit card!

Everyone in the store is nice and very helpful. If they don't know the answer to our question, then they find someone who does. It is our favorite home supply store in town. Thank you for hiring such excellent staff. :-)

Among the Home Depots I shop at, this store is the best for cleanliness, ease of finding materials, uncluttered aisles and friendly, helpful employees that seem happy to work here. I especially want to acknowledge Ryan who is always available and willing to help load materials - he does a great job.
