I've been purchasing products from your store for over many years. It's a beautiful location, easy to get in and out of, and the people working there are always friendly and helpful. I've never written a review, but I wanted to take a second and thank you for hiring a young lady working in the garden section on 06/04/21 at around 2 pm named Olivia. Olivia was kind and genuine, and very engaged with the process of building a good customer service relationship while quickly taking care of my purchase. I shared that I was a vet, and she didn't miss a beat, checked my id, thanked me for my service, and provided excellent check-out service. I've been leading people in the finance world for over 35 years. There is a massive difference between people who try to be kind and genuine and people born with it in their DNA. Olivia has this gift, and whoever hired her knows what they are doing. I'd recommend you continue to build your team with gifted members like Olivia and wish you and Her the best for years to come.

The women that work in the checkout area of the plant section/fertilizer area always are nice. Look forward to checking out there.

I like the Sherwood store the best of the 2 that are in my area. I have always found the associates pleasant, helpful and patient.

Every time I go into the Sherwood store I get what I need and or help finding products. For my tool needs, home improvement needs, building needs....I never go away unhappy.... What a great place to shop AAAAA+++++

I am only giving this store a 4 & I am not sure it should not be a 5. Staffing at times is limited here and that can be frustrating. But when you do get help it is always by someone knowledgable, helpful and professional.

Store very clean, Tay re-keyed my new lock quickly and was very professional. Nice person too.

Store was great. I used the military discount for my small purchases. Really to bad there are qualifiers on it for large purchases which I am sure is corporate and not the local store.

Store was friendly and clean. Not applying the military discount to big ticket items must surely be a corporate decision not local Managment.

Robert, the cashier in the garden area was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He greeted my party and we were all happy with the speed at which he checked us out as well.

Max in appliances was knowledgeable and courteous--hence the four stars. Otherwise the frustration of finding a helpful employee at a Home Depot is real.

I have found many employees of this store to be quite friendly and helpful, I also appreciate the wide variety of inventory.

I went into the Sherwood Home Depot to pick out an oven and was immediately helped by a friendly sales person. I had already looked online so I had and idea of what I was looking for but had a few questions. Max answered my questions, rang up my order and scheduled delivery. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy and quick. Thanks!

Everyone is nice and polite! I have had lots of problems with one of the managers Becky Schnell shes very unfriendly, rude, nasty! Im surprised that Home Depot would have someone like her working for them.

Sadly this location and some others have really declined in their customer service practices. Home Depot use to be above all other home improvement stores in customer service and help. I’m not sure what has changed over the last couple years but I hope they find there way back to the level of care and service they use to provide. Cashiers are always friendly, I can always count on the paint department to be helpful and positive and Frank at the Pro desk is beyond wonderful as always. But service throughout the store is very hit or miss besides those few departments. Most of the time you have to search the store for an employee to ask a question, I’ve had an employee appointment no call no show and no one else was willing to help me etc. store is always clean. And sadly I can see where management is not setting a good example which is why employee moral and attitude might be failing.

The associates there go above and beyond to help. They are friendly and courteous

Hope Depot Sherwood Rocks! Coach Max in large appliances is the man to see! He handled us and other people at the same time, awesome! We'll be back to buy a suite of appliances from Max when our kitchen remodel happens! Easy check out with a real friendly person! My mom, 77 years old, and I, 52 years old, had a great experience!

Horrible customer service. They delivered the wrong product to me and then tried to blame me for their mistake. I will not be shopping here again.

The employees are top notch and always go above and beyond to help out. Great culture.

The Sherwood Pro Desk staff, as well as the staff as a whole, have time and again proven exceptional. I shop throughout the valley, and am always pleased when able to utilize this great team—often going a bit out of my way to do business here—good people, excellent service and well organized/stocked shelves. The cashier was very friendly.

I am so impressed with sherwood Home Depot. I was really impressed with the employees Rob in lumber who help me with baseboards. He made sure that I was at a safe distance not to get hit by the boards he also loaded everything up took it to the cashier and help me load it up in the car to make sure it was secure.. He was over the top helpful he really cares about the customers and was so helpful. Very impressed with him . Dan in flooring was there for me as well when an order was not able to be found he redid the order for me and was so helpful To make sure I got different flooring and put it on will call for me with a follow up call. I will work with Dan again when I get new carpet.I was also very impressed with Natasha up in cashiering her and Dan did troubleshooting together and was able to solve a problem and with a very positive attitude. They wanted to make sure that I was happy and that I would be taken care of And going home with the flooring that I liked. Natasha is very good at multitasking and is able to work fast with changes. They are good at their jobs. Braden is very friendly with customers as well. I will purchase more at this store and seek out these employees because they are excellent! Just another "big-box-store" trying to survive and cut costs of on-floor inventory. Unfortunately, depending on "just in time" delivery systems don't work when your manufacturer is shut down. Stress abounds in any store nowadays and HD is no different.

Convenient location nearest to our home in King City and not in the thick of Sherwood. They have a great selection of products and a very friendly staff. If you are allergic to pets... you may want to wear protection as there seem to be several shoppers who like to 'walk' their dogs here - I believe that is becoming the norm is all home improvement and other places these days... must be a California thing.

A few weeks ago there was only one young woman to help with appliances. I literally sat down and waited Thirty minutes while she assisted one customer with an incredible amount of dumb questions about a stainless steel frig. I gave up and left. Returned last Saturday and there were actually two salespeople and a woman named Autumn helped me and a man who whipped out a Seventy year old veteran's card. Autumn was extremely proficient and could actually help two customers at once and she was very knowledgeable and patient. You are lucky to have her and that's young gal needs a Ton of training, i.e., when spending an enormous amount of time on one customer, stop briefly to see if the other customers have a quick question!! Instead, she is helping your store lose customers who don't have an hour to wait !!!
