There are two Home Depot stores within a few miles of my home. I have shopped at both and have had at least satisfactory shopping experiences. However, given my experience in shopping at the Sherwood store, I have always found personnel to be very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have recommended this store to others and will continue to do so.

The employees go out of their way to help you find the best product for your situation and spend quality time helping you.

Mica and Frank, at the pro desk, are an huge asset to Home Depot.

Its difficult to find employees to help you and some employees are unfriendly and have a bad attitude.

This store is amazing and the people are amazing, especially Karen in the Paint Department!! I had to finish a rebuilt deck and she was very knowledgeable on everything. Paints, applications and Products. I'm truly grateful and will always go back to This Store because of that. The people are friendly and helpful for all projects.

This store is unique even in the Home Depot Family. They are very personable and are always ready to help. Its like the Disneyland of Home Improvement Stores

Caleb went above and beyond to help me today, spending almost 30 minutes helping to find exactly what I needed! This was after having a horrible experience at the Tigard Home Depot. Customer Service was awful inTigard and the Store Manager was even worse. My only regret is that I did not take names of those involved!

More than a decade ago, this Home Depot store did not have the quality staff and attention to customer service that it has now. Store Manager Geri and her talented crew (staff) are knowledgeable, pay attention to details, care about the customers, and even flash friendly smiles!

Customer service at this store is less than stellar. When you need help no one wants to help, when you don't need help multiple people will ask you if you need help. Garden center associates need extra attention with their communication and how they treat customers.

Store home expert KAREN is amazing & knows about most home troubleshooting. If she wasn't sure called in other folks & got issues resolved. Can't miss with these fine, knowledgeable folks.

Assistant Manager Dawn fixed my issue with shortage of base boards in very smooth and fast way with dedication saving time with proper follow up with the contractor

Allison and Holly from flooring department and assistant manager Jerry provided an excellent customer service to fix my issue with the wrong transitions and matching the exact color

Max in Appliances, Sherrie in flooring, Alex in return desk, assistant managers Jerry and Dawn improve significantly my shopping experience and because of these dedicated employees I'm rating 5 star

Store is clean and products are easy to find.

This store is awesome and not as cluttered as the other Home Depots. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The parking lot is big and it's not an obstacle course.

I love this store. I feel like the staff here is family - many have been here for years and recognize me as I come in. They are polite, professional and always take a few extra minutes to make sure I have what I need. I am deeply touched that they recognize veterans with not only a 10% discount but a heart felt, "Thank you for your service." I highly recommend this Home Depot.

Poor Customer Service, people are not trained to do their jobs, and it does not seem like they care. It's hard to find people who knows what they're doing. The majority of employees I've encountered have bad attitudes and expect the customer to know how to do their jobs. The last person even told me that she wasn't able to help me because she wasn't trained and that there was no one in the store who could help me at the time I was there. I shop at the Tigard store even though I live in Sherwood.

It is quick, easy and when you need a sales person, they are usually available. Or, if you know what you want, you can run in, get it and with self check out, just check out. I have never had a bad product from home depoe and if I am looking for something specific, they are willing to look it up and get it for you if they can.

Store is always clean and stocked. Staff are friendly and most are knowledgeable about the items they sell. Only reason for the 3 star is that I did ask 3 different people where the cement footings were located, and got 3 different answers. Some staff need to be trained better in where items are located, or at least look them up on the phone, rather than just guess and annoy customers. Check out is fast and I really appreciate the veteran's discount. Home Depot is my home away from home.

store generally clean stocked and well staffed. isles are a bit hard to navigate due to the abundance of seasonal crap, try to go in off hours.

The employees were as helpful as they were allowed but the experience was terrible. Ordered pavers for delivery but found the order 100 pavers short of what I ordered. After contacting the store (and having to call back for information), I was told they knew they were out of stock of that item, filled the order anyway, sent it out for delivery but failed to notify the customer. When I asked why, I was told "I'm not sure". I understand stuff happens so I asked how I could get the rest of the pavers I paid for. My options were: We may be able to get them in a week or two or I could get a refund for the missing pavers and I would have to go find them at another store. As I don't have unlimited time to wait for another botched delivery, I took time off work and went looking for pavers. According to the Home Depot website, all 3 of the stores within 20 miles had hundreds in stock (including Sherwood which could not fill my original order). I ended up going to 3 stores that showed stock before I found a store that actually had them. The website stock issue was the 3rd time on this project that I was burned by the Home Depot website "in stock" numbers. Calling the store ahead of time is no help because their stock info is as bad as the website.

Had to find the dishwasher I wanted on line because it was "white". Not a problem though as bill was fast and efficient. He was quite helpful and very friendly. One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had.
