Great staff except no enforcement of mask mandate. If you or someone close to you is at high risk you might want to think twice before going in. Maybe try the curbside service.

My SALE CASHIER (CHELSEA) addressed my issues and resolved them in a very timely manner. Home Depot employees like Chelsea displaying the friendliness and professional skills she learned in Home Depot Training is a true welcome in this time of crisis. Thank you very much Chelsea and Home Depot Employees and Managers.

Ms. Lola was helpful and the young man that assisted me did his best, but I came in for some Odorban aerosol spray and of course the one I wanted was out of stock. All is well. Still a great experience!

The young lady in the appliance department was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant.

The people here are really helpful. The Home Depot app is really useful as well. You can find anything you need in a jiffy. Highly recommend this store.

Customer service was just bad. The paint counter associate just did not want me there. Bad morning for her and I did not get my paint. Wasted trip.

What can I say but OUTSTANDING in the Kitchen Appliances Dept... Hannah was the BEST! Very professional and attentive. She listened to my concerns and was very helpful with selecting options for my family and I.

Had a problem with an improperly cancelled order, but Chelsea was empathetic, kind, and patient enough to listen in order to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. We definitely need more like her in the store!

My experience with the Paint Department was the best! When calling Home Depot, you often have to wait on the phone. The employee, Kat, in the Paint Department answered my call, twice! And she answered all my questions, and even helped me understand a paint base that was not normally in stock. She was equally helpful when we picked up our pain. Ask for Kat in the Paint Department!

I would like to offer a kind review, unfortunately customer service was terrible. Maybe the store was to busy or the associates that were not interested in helping were just that Not interested in helping.

This store is awesome on providing excellent customer service. Everyone in the store is extremely helpful especially when it is so super busy with everyone doing home projects right now. I thank all the employees who made my experience a great one!!

Customer service is completely gone away at this store. I worked in customer service most of my life and no matter how busy you are you NEED to acknowledge your customers and no not everyone will need help but at least let the customer know that your willing to help at least say hello or nod your head something to let the customer know you care. This store just keeps going downhill.

The Associate/Cashier Bridgette was awesome very friendly seems like she wanted to be at work and glad to have a job.

The employees in the paint department was very helpful and they mix the colors perfectly.

This review is specifically for 4 employees that really make this Home Depot, over others, a very good place to shop. I must admit that I had a few issues with deliveries since I order large orders of pressure treated lumber twice a month. That was until Oz took over my pro account. When he did, I had zero issues and great communication. Even now with the pressure treated lumber shortage I can still get what I need with his help. In addition Megan D has been a great source of help and awesome customer service. She has recently moved from the service desk to lumber and is still helping me all the time. Two other employees who bent over backwards to help me are Alex and Chelsea. Both of the went the extra mile to ensure many of my orders are met and are great communication. Especially during the lumber shortage, my orders still got met due to these two!! I can’t say enough good things about these 4. Thank you to the team for making my shopping experience great!

I am 2 weeks short of my baby delivery date. I Went in to buy pickets. I heard a associate scream to the cashier to tell me to get a cart so I went and got the card and waited as instructed. He embarrassed me because he screamed over a crowd of people. I waited by the pickets and no one came so my seven-year-old and I being 8 1/2 months pregnant loaded the pickets. Someone showed up at the end and help me load the last 60 of 150. That were several associates that saw me loading and all they did was turn around and walk away or hide around the corner of the isles. Also I was charge for 160 instead of 150 if I wasn't so upset and tired due to bumping my stomach and pinching my fingers I would've gone back in to notify them. Then the way they loaded them was even bad.He just threw them in.

We visited Home Depot to just LOOK and get ideas for appliances but because of a wonderful salesperson who answered all our questions and took such good care of us we bought a refrigerator, a washer and a dryer. We thought we would spend hours in the store but didn't because we had someone come up to us and take care of us quickly and professionally.

Had a good experience until I was done paying for my items. Associates helped me find what was needed and gave great feedback and even offered to scan my items upon entering self checkout. When I was don’t scanning my last item; a random associate walked over and said she didn’t believe that I scanned all of my items. I was confused at who she was and how she could blatantly accuse me of not scanning anything. After her and 2 other associates verified that of course I scanned my 4 items; the other 2 associates apologized and she just stood there looking silly. This one associate turned a good shopping experience into a terrible one.

Always clean, people are so helpful, they actually walk you to products, rather than just tell you where they are. I find this very helpful. Such a friendly bunch..
