found what I needed

yes I WOULD RECOMMEND THE STORE, EVERYONE IS VERY HELPFUL.

The customer may not be always right ever the time. but it is each associate to be come, humble, and knowledgeable. Even if the customer is A-Hole then team work is needed to de fuse problem and issue in the store. Pick the first phone and call someone more knowledgeable than you or just for help. If a hostel environment where team work can not be done. As an associate you have two choices okay three. Not everyone is cut out for retail with unhappy people coming in to fix the flood in the house or something else. The hot heat of Texas. So to have the product on hand and to have cashier not say you can not have this product because i do not know how to scan it. Again you all are here to help people, Quit or your fired.

I ask for help, and if it comes at all, it comes after like 15-20 minutes. This has been my experience the last four times I've asked for assistance with something, so I'm done asking. Also, if they've blocked a product with a locked barricade, don't bother asking for help, just reach behind it and take the nut off the bolt like I did.

Bad customer service. Return desk and cashiers need customer service training!

this is one of the best stores i have visited since the early days of Home Depot. Associates are very helpful and knowledgable. Moe and Kat are great.

So I bought a pressure washer, that ended up not working anyway. Then when I take it back the next day Tansy, and some other lady, started telling me that the date on the pressure washer itself (which was in a box when I bought it so I could not have seen it before buying it) was out dated and it could not be returned because it said 2019 instead of 2020 (it's May 26th btw) and that they don't sell them out dated. They then started accusing me of putting a whole different machine in the box. They ended up taking it back, I did not appreciate there attitude or me being accused.

The store is clean and items are easy to find.

We all know it, we all live it. Any business on Broadway is likely a nightmare to shop in, especially on the weekend. Thankfully, the crew at The Home Depot in Silverlake are all people of genuine quality. Positive, humorous attitudes combined with true willingness to help made all the difference. Can't BELIEVE how much I enjoy my experience time and time again here.

Taking my time to write this because the sales team needs a serious overhaul on customer service. On my last and probably final visit to this location I had a displeasing experience with the sales team remodeling rep and checkout cashier. I was basically STALKED through the store after mistaking a rep for a team member. I was then alluded to have been shoplifting after I had already given unwanted purchases to the cashier. She placed her hand in my basket and touched paint samples and almost rambled my wallet. I understand she is very young and did not realize her offense. I informed her about BOB and LISA, but if she wanted to help instead of reaching in my cart she could have shooed the rep away. Yes, the entire time I’m self-checking out the rep was at my side not adhering to the 6ft guideline at ALL. I let the team members know to please call the manager on duty and I awaited his arrival. After several moments of him handling a personal phone call he addressed my concerns. I let him know of my encounter with the sales rep and the cashier. He was attentive and apologetic. The paint department was super fast. I also asked one other team member in khaki for help w/power tool; he informed me while he didn’t work in the dpt he could still point me to an economically priced item. Overall I was a lil off put but I got all the items needed for my project.

Every time I visit this store I find what I need, the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Your garden department could use more help, especially in helping to load items . Every year at this time when you visit the garden department, there is never enough help.

I do not have the patience to re review. I took the time to clearly describe the problem. If you cannot or understand it and /or worded like you want it to sound (since I was limited to 500 bytes) then contract me out and I could help you. It is really disappointing that my simplicity only frustrates you. Survey's are overstated. it gets twisted and if it is not liked by the boss, then toss. I was serious about injuries and accidents they are just waiting to happen and going down an aisle sideways. Why did yaw do that? I was scared for myself. If someone did or was injured, with all the blockage, I hope they can be got to in time.......God bless, do the safe thing.

Customer service sucks

Poorly staffed, unable to get help when needed and needed product was moved to the farthest part of rear of store with no help available.

Store is well organized and staffs are always ready to help.

Best Home Depot store in Pearland, Texas 77584. I was able to get assistance to find the products that I needed.

I purchased grout at your stores at two different stores in the same town (Pearland) on the same night. At one store the price of grout was $11.44 (1514 Broadway, Pearland, Tx 77581). However at the other store in Pearland that is merely 15 minutes away the price of the grout was $14.88 (10111 Broadway, Pearland, TX 77584). There was no difference in the products other than the store location. I was told the Silverlake stores price was higher because of the market. This is unacceptable and is a form of price gouging. When the stores are 15 minutes away from each other, the prices should be set similarly.

great and easy

I have been shopping in the Silver Lake Home Depot store for the past 7 years and have always been able to find everything I was looking for. The aisles are marked which makes merchandise easily located and the associates are always friendly and ready to give assistance. Even when just browsing, the associates readily offer assistance and once at register they always ask if I found everything u was looking for. My associate's name is Ashlie and she was a most professional, courteous and helpful cashier I have had the privilege to meet. Thank you to you all
