I have always been very pleased with this Home Depot. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I bought a bunch of light bulbs that I needed because I really like the Ecosmart LED bulbs. Additionally, I needed some spray paints, screws, concrete seal and an outdoor floodlight replacement sensor.

In particular, Home Depot employee Bill was extremely helpful. A week or so ago I asked him where drain basins were and he stopped what he'd been doing and led me to the location, answering all questions I had. Today I encountered him again and he assisted me greatly in my search for the best sealant for the basement foundation leaks I was attempting to fix. He's extremely knowledgeable, helpful, considerative and supportive. In short, he's a great asset. Kudos to Bill!

Store was Clean and organized. Staff was plentiful and knowledgable.

Sandy in Customer Service provided excellent, above and beyond, service in getting me a full store credit for a returned item.

This is just a general note that for the many years that I have shopped at this location, it is always a good experience.

The HD locker is thee bomb. Easy deal. Order. Pay. Walkin. Put code in. Grab product and walk out

No one greets you, no one asks you if you need help. You actually have to interrupt employees talking to each other to get help and then be told that ‘this isn’t my area’. I will drive the extra few miles and go to the Woodstock location. At this location, they act like they are doing you a favor by letting you buy something.

I needed a product that required scanning and going to register. Ollie and Deshira were fabulous!! I was in and out quickly, which is how I like it!!

We have been to numerous stores, Home Depot and others looking at fridges for our newly purchased house. Ann Marie’s efficient and helpful advice sealed the deal on a new fridge and gave wonderful guidance on how to prepare for the fridge as we have a restricted space and entry points. We will be moving close to the Holly Springs store and will call on Ann Marie for future appliances.

I just completed a survey and wish I could correct a question asking how safe I felt in the store. I meant to answer very safe. I had a very positive experience at the Sixes Road location. I only had a problem when trying to complete the survey and didn’t see how I could edit an incorrect response regarding safely. So sorry!

I always have a great experience at this store. The employees are kind and helpful.

I needed help finding several items and Keith was very professional and pleasant while working to get my list completed and purchased!

Today I was looking for a specific product. Not only was I greeted and able to find my item immediately, A cashier who was going off shift came up to me to check me out. I was literally in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes.

All visits to this store have been very good. Recently, I purchased a washer/ dryer. Selection and prices were better than expected; found exactly what I needed for a great price! . Sales associate was extremely helpful. All delivery procedures well explained. Exceptionally pleased with this visit.

EASY ENTRANCE, PARKING AND EXIT. STORE EMPLOYEES KNOW THEIR STUFF

Employees are super helpful and friendly here. I have often come in with a project that exists only in my head and can usually get what I need even if I don't know what the retail term happens to be. Somebody here points me in the right direction. I also appreciate the willingness of the cashiers to do my checkout for me in the 'self' lines because I want them to keep their jobs.

I’ve noticed lately that it’s much easier to get help because the employees are much more attentive and easier to find when you’re looking for help. Especially the person working in the patio furniture area close to the charcoal grill are where I needed help. Next time I will remember to look for their names. When I got to self check out Braxton was very cheerful and helpful and made my visit more fun.

Today I went to Home Depot thinking about buying a smoker. I didn’t really know anything about smokers but Denna & Ron really helped me make an informed decision. They say there with me for 20 minutes, answered all my questions & was very knowledgeable in knowing all the smokers they had in store. Nicole at customer service was amazing walking me through the purchasing process.

The staff at this store in particular is extremely helpful with advice and requests.

I was sent by my wife to purchase a stove and was greeted by a wonderful woman who gave great service and helped me find the best price.

Came here for a Christmas tree after going to several other Home Depot locations with sub par service. Marcy at this location was an absolute blessing and helped us out so much. Will 100% be coming back to this location.
