Sandra went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. She was patient, kind, and is the type of employee that improves customer retention and someone who should be valued to have on your team. I have left other stores with carts full of items because they did not or were not willing to assist in basic needs.

I was extremely happy with my visit to The Home Depot store #6943. There was plenty of material on the shelves and the cashier, Bobbi was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this store for all my home projects.

Do not waste your time at this location! Cashier messed up the gift card transaction and I was required to wait for 20 minutes! I just had to stand at the register as if I had nothing else to do. The manager was condescending and unapologetic.

I recently purchased 2 major appliances from this Home Depot. I was very satisfied with the costumer care I received. Ann Marie was very knowledgeable and explained the LG Refrigerator in detail, and answered all my questions about the LG washer. I left the store feeling like I made the right decision after my purchases.

The staff at this HD store is awesome, all very friendly and all know the true culture of the Home Depot. I am also in the business of exceeding customer expectations. Lucette in the paint department and Sara as the Cashier are the bomb.com Home Depot employees, they go above and beyond every time i roll into the store...typically very early on my way to work and they are spot on making my shopping experience well worth the quick in and out I require to get it DONE! They BOTH understand a customer is the most important visitor on the Home Depot premises. They realize a customer is not an interruption on their work; the customer is the purpose of their work!! Bravo Home Depot you guys NAILED IT!!

There are often HVAC salespersons on the floor at this location. DO NOT ENGAGE. I asked for a technician from their latest HVAC contractor, CoolRay, to come out and inspect my system and install a new filter. The technician must have been a ninja because I never saw him, I didn't receive any report about my system, and yet I received a bill for $58. For a service the salesperson told me would be closer to $30. My wife warned me that Home Depot contracted services were crap. I told her that the nice salesperson on the flood deserved the benefit of the doubt. I guess she wins this round.

When I was there today, I had to run all over the store because there was only one cashier for the whole store. This is a standard procedure for this store on Sixes Road. Poor management.

Always helpful and willing to go above and beyond in every way. If there is any issue at all, they make sure that I find what I need and that I leave there happy. The staff is always friendly and happy, and I’ll be coming to see Caleb for all my paint needs from here on out!

I've always been very happy with the cleanliness of the store, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. They are also never condescending, which as a woman, makes the experience much more pleasant for me. I do an awful lot of projects around my home, and it's nice to have a great "go-to" store nearby.
