This store was clean, everyone friendly and most helpful. Every thing that I came for I found easily.

The Somerville store was well stocked and organized! I interacted with 2 fantastic associates: John from Floors/Blinds and Elisa, Cashier. Both associates were helpful and able to answer my concerns. John helped me choose blinds and then cut/customized in a very fast, efficient manner. Elisa helped me at checkout with last minute questions. They both were kind and patient and that says a lot in these uncertain times. I applaud all of you, the essential workers who are keeping the country running.

Got the exact items I needed at a great price. Checkout was fast.

I visited the Somerville location to return/exchange an item that I had purchased there on Jul 6th that had broken on July 14th. I had terrible customer service from a man named “Jesus” who proceeded to be difficult and claimed he couldn’t help me if I didn’t have a receipt and sku # for him. I had read the Home Depot return policy before arrival and knew there was a 90 day return with the credit card used. He refused to look it up using the cc. I asked for a manger and he refused to call one. In his anger he broke the 6ft guidelines by aggressively handed me back my return as he came around the plexi glass that was supposed to separate us. I am appalled at his lack of customer service and when I spoke to another customer service person they told me “he does this all the time, he gets a lot of complaints” this person should be fired if he is a repeat offender and should not be in customer service what so ever.

For years I have always shopped the Somerville Home Depot. On countless occasions, I have communicated with sales associates about particular jobs I was working on and on every instance, each employee offered help that I needed to take care of a particular problem. Each is truly an ambassador!

At least one employee and several customers were not wearing masks. Given the evidence that there are a great many asymptomatic cases, everyone should be wearing a mask to try to keep us all safe.

Home Depot always has what I need and has reasonable prices and a friendly staff.

I own a handyman and carpentry business and often go here for lumber, fasteners, electrical supplies, a garbage disposal, a ceiling light, insulation, and so on. It's a fine big box home supply store...... Generally I get the help I need if I need help finding something. Lately, everyone seems a bit more eager to be friendly and helpful. Home Depot works for me. Prices are fine.

I wanted to say thank you for a very nice shopping experience courtesy one one of your nursery workers — John K. I was shopping for a few plants to put in my studio apartment's windows (so sizing was key), and John helped me pick out several options of herbs, as well as pointed out where smaller bags of soil and plant food were located, so that my apartment didn't turn into a storage facility for gardening supplies. John was very professional but more importantly very funny and friendly, which was a nice break from the seriousness of these social distancing times.

amazing customer service from the gentleman working online pick up! he called me within 5 minutes of the text alert that my order was ready to give me directions on how to pick up my order. when i pulled up, he graciously loaded my order into my car and could not have been more polite/friendly/helpful. thank you!!

If you need to order something to be delivered through customer service, make sure you have a couple of hours to spare. Also if you are getting more than 1 item delivered you may need to pay a delivery charge for each item. Kind of ridiculous but that is the way Home Depot does it

The store was clean and neat and well stocked. The people are very helpful and kind. I couldn't reach something and somebody helped me right away. I didn't have to go looking for someone.. Little things mean a lot, especially in these days.

The store was clean and merchandise was properly stored and marked. The prices are reasonable and affordable. Checking out is a bit stressful as they are self checkout and when issues are encountered and associate is needed and usually busy with others .

Horrible Service! No one answered the phone so I went online to purchase the product. After purchasing the 64 fence panels I called the 800# to have it delivered instead of picking it up. The woman says she needs to cancel the order because home depot isn't sophisticated enough to add in delivery and charge me. After 5 minutes of holding she tells me the store has 1 oanel not 64. So my bank already took the $ out to pay home depot. Now HD says I'll have my $ back within 7 days yet I still need to purchase my product elsewhere without money. I guess HD doesn't have the money to buy software that shows what is in stock!

some store employees were unsure of what I needed to complete my project, but were very pleasant. Check out was a breeze and very friendly.

I'm a 55+ woman. A little out of my comfort zone at a home improvement store. Luke acknowledged me when he saw me and explained he would be with me when he finished with the prior customers. (at my age, I'm mostly invisible to men, so this in and of it self was astonishing) He took me to find what I was looking for and picked it for me and got me a cart while I took care of business at the customer service desk. Then when I was checking out the young cashier, Gregory took time to find my church's tax ID info. He needed to go to a few extra steps which he did graciously and efficiently. Very nice experience.

Brandon at the checkout line, was kind, extra friendly, and helpful in offering a credit card application as well as assisting with inputting the information. In addition, he assisted with ease during the checkout and still kept his welcoming personality even though I had an issue with using the keypad. Brandon also assisted another customer with ease who had a veterans discount issue and provided that customer with a friendly caring attitude all in the same timeframe! Brandon is a GREAT ASSET to the company. He will easily bring customers back to this Home Depot. Me for sure!!! Thank you Brandon!

The store associates in plumbing were very helpful. Their assistance spared me the anxiety episode that the overwhelming array of kitchen and bathroom faucets would, doubtless, have provoked.
