Ms O walked up to me and asked if I needed help. She knew immediately what I needed when I tried to explain it to her. She then took the time to help me find spacers and explained them to me. The store is very organized and clean.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The Manager Carl was very rude to my Wife and I. He would not help us find the Lumber that we was looking for and he told me he could not just walk around the store and help us or help us get the lumber off the shelf. I will not go back.

Ms. Gail in appliances went above and beyond anything you asked of her. She was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She also made sure to keep the customer at the center of her work. I very much appreciate her! Additionally, all the store associates were very friendly, and even anticipated needs that I did not know I had. One male store associate made sure I had a basket (without even asking), because he saw me reaching for a few cases of water. This is the level of customer service you would like to see in all stores!

The store was so nice and neat.I love the fresh clean smell as soon as u enter the store and oh gosh their flowers are so so beautiful and pretty.i love the smell of flowers.their paint,their lights and all man their appliances are so beautiful and pretty like their icemaker refrigerators and whirlpool washer and dryers.I have bought their beautiful white flower doors. It is just so beautiful.and I'm also gonna buy more. keep up the good work home depot!!!!

The staff is always friendly. Inside the store is always clean. The parking lot is a mess.

I am not a regular at this particular store but, I find this as all Home Depot stores get an A rating.

Products were found. Clerks were helpful. Cashier was courteous. Overall a good visit. Customers should be asked to pull their masks up though.

CHECK OUT THE WATER HEATER BOXES BEFORE PURCHASING. THE WAY THEY ARE HANDLED LOOKS LIKE THEY RUN THEM OVER WITH THE FORKLIFTS.I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE A WATER HEATER FROM THEM. IT WAS A SUNDAY AND ALL THE REGULAR PLUMBING SUPPLY HOUSES WERE CLOSED AND MY CUSTOMER HAD AN EMERGENCY AND NEEDED A WATER HEATER.

This store has now begun to enforce an illegal and Fascist mask policy that violates the Religious and Disabled Civil Rights and ADA rights of every American citizen. Home Depot you should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope that the negative publicity you receive convinces you to change your illegal policy. Class Action lawsuit forthcoming.

This store is generally easy to maneuver and the selection of products are very good. The sales person are very friendly.

Usually can find what I'm looking for here. Some staff could use a little more manners training, BUT Over-all, most staffs are nice and try to be helpful. You could use more staff, however, I do know the COvid-19 made you cut back. I will remain a supporter and will let you know if its going in the wrong direction. We need this store.

I drive from Arkansas to shop here always a pleasant experience

This is my favorite place to shop. The store is always clean and the employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. I always find great deals at this store. Their return policy, although I rarely use it, is very easy. .I use their app when I am in the store but the employees are always ready to ask if they can assist me to find what I need.

I was looking for a paint color and Dwight in the paint department has helped me to find the exact match. i understand the technology is not his achievement yet, his interpersonal skills and politeness are so admirable which for youngsters his age are phenomenal. He guided me through different types of paint and their purpose while explaining pros and cons of each type. Being very complaisant, he answered my question clearly having customer's best interest in mind. He is an asset for you!

We were shopping for a hot water heater between 7:30 - 8pm. We found the items that we needed and the hot water heater was in stock. We needed help retrieving the hot water heater which was placed on the second shelf. I walked to the self check out area and asked the associate with the long blonde dreadlocks and glasses if she could find us assistance in getting the item down. She paged the first time, no one came. I asked her to page again, we waited no one came. I then walked to customer service where the man with glasses was dismissive and more interested in knowing if it was ok to substitute vigoro for Scott’s mulch. He did not care for the customer that was standing in front of him. I needed help getting a hot water heater off the second shelf and my husband retrieved the 127 pound box off the shelf by himself. You’re blatant disregard for customer service was appalling. We spent $735 this evening on our order. Never again will we be giving our business to this store.

Employees super friendly and super helpful. Always get same assistance every time. That’s why it’s my favorite place to shop for home improvement needs...thank you so much Home Depot! I dnt know what I would do without you. Always organized and clean. Easy to find everything you need.
