It takes a while for someone to arrive to the paint department, but the service is exceptional. The employees never have an attitude, and are always ready to help. The online order pickup, and/or return process is a breeze if no one else is in line.

i found every thing i was looking for and was given extra tips on how to complete my project. all i had to do was walk around in a department and someone would ask if i needed some help. yes the the store was clean. your Associates were very helpful they even greet me before i see them when i enter the store.

I always have to look online first and write down the isle and bay where the item is and it is usually always accurate. The customer service people doesn't always seem like the friendliest of people but they get the job down.

This store is always clean, well stocked, items that I shop for are easy to locate. All employees are always professional, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. Nursery department is always clean, well watered. Flowers/plants are always catagorized, arranged attractively and by variety, easy to locate.

Excellent store but needs more assistance for the customers. When I needed help I had to search for it.

Shopping at this Home Depot was a very good experience the employees are helpful and I was able to find everything that I needed. The set up in the store is great you are able to find things you need with ease.

Most Employees (associates) are working harder at getting out of work than working for Home Depot. Next time I need building supplies I won't go to a Big Box Store.

This store was in horrible shape. It was trash everywhere. No customer service at all. I was only spoke to by the cashier when I checked out at self check because I greeted her. This store falling by the waist side from leadership. It doesn't have the great home depot feel. You can tell the employees didnt enjoy there job. They gave no effort to help any one in the store.

Need more employees on floor and check out counters I was amazed at how this store have went down and all the check out was deserted how long u have to wait on assistance and to repeatedly call for assistance and managers to get some help I was more tired from that than completeness my project.
