Hard to find location of item shown on web app, and the store map would not come up when I clicked on it after finding the item I needed.

Barry is a great employee , helpful,knowledgeable,friendly,helped loading my stuff up. Wish your store had more employees like him.

I've been in this store 2 times, and both times Barry has provided the guidance I needed on finding stuff in a new and large store. Hazel was also very kind at checkout!

I bought this refrigerator with LED light in the surface and the handler was super modern and the overall design was my ideal design.

I love shopping here. You can order online and p/u or have it delivered.....usually for free. They have helpful knowledgeable staff who are super friendly too. I used to think they were pricier but these days they are competitive. They sell good stuff!

I ordered a fence with the help of RJ Turner at the ProHelp Desk. What a phenomenal employee He helped me select the right amount of material, helped with logistics and stayed in constant communication the entire time. RJ Turner made this an experience that will bring me back to this exact store for future orders.

Went to grab a few things and as soon as we walked in Denise greeted us and she helped us find everything we came in for!

I had a very good buying experience and especially wanted to recognize personnel at the service desk. They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.

I only shop at this home depot location because of how amazing te staff is. Brittany is by far the best and most helpful employee I have ever encountered at a home depot location. She is literally the reason I will not shop at other locations. She is an amazing home depot employee and home depot is lucky to have such a great person as part of their staff. Thank. Denise assisted me with exactly what I needed. She was friendly and helpful. It’s becoming rare to find employees who genuinely go out of their way to be helpful these days, so Denise made a great impression and represented Home Depot well. Go see Denise!

Naomi was great and other employees were friendly much more than Greenwood plus lots of stock

Went in to buy a pellet smoker and was using multiple forms of payment (gift cards, cash, etc..) I knew this would be a bit of a pain for the associates but everyone through the entire process was very friendly and helpful. Great experience

I stopped in to purchase a walk-off mat, and I was pleasantly surprised that what I was looking for was on sale right at the entrance. I went through the store and found many useful items at great prices. The store is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Great customer service!

Bought appliance today with my 83 year old Dad. His health is failing so went to assist. Everyone was exra kind and patient with him.

We were very fortunate on our shopping trip to have Loren help us with our lighting and flooring needs (he loaded lots of flooring onto the cart plus into our car, and then at checkout Kris helped us (even though all the registers are self checkout which I hate) he saved us $177 by introducing us to their credit card and walking us through the application process. We were very happy with both of the guys!

Water heater needed replaced. Store set up installation request. Lucas installed, excellent job, after long day Lucas worked late to install my water heater, great perserverance, patiently answered my questions, I could not be more satisfied!!!

Ivan, Lilly, Raven, and Josh as all friendly staff members. Ivan in particular was just so knowledgeable about lighting that he was able to explain to me how to replace my awful fluorescent lighting with a warmer-temperature, more energy-efficient bulb. I'd be glad to come back with my business.

Just needed to purchase boxes for moving and my cashier Denise was super friendly and offered to help me apply for their credit card and wished me a happy holiday!

This Home Depot is always clean, well-stocked, and has great service. Every project that we complete in our home, we go to Home Depot as the workers can truly provide advice with the project, recommend products, and overall know what they are talking about. If I stop a worker that doesn't know, they find me someone who is familiar with that type of work. Speaking to employees that know what they are talking about is amazing. We truly love visiting this Home Depot.

Such a great team at this location! All members are hands-on-deck and ready to assist at any given moment. This location is well staffed, well stocked, and everyone is friendly and personable. Josh goes above and beyond to assist his customers and ensures they receive all they need before leaving. Great work!

If you need appliances, flooring, blinds, paint or anything else, please come to the Southport Home Depot and ask for Gen Torres in the appliance department, she is very knowledgeable, cheerful and will ensure you have a pleasant and worry free experience.

We recently stopped in and purchased all new kitchen appliances (we went with Samsung). Our salesperson, Frank did an awesome job of helping us. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He was able to answer every question we had, shared additional information we did not know and made the whole ordeal seamless. I would highly recommend Home Depot as your first stop when looking to upgrade appliances, and recommend asking for Frank!
