I can’t even begin to describe how much we adore Ellen. She was the most kind, helpful and friendly woman. She helped us find a new washer machine and fridge. Walked us through every brand until we found one we loved. The next day we unfortunately had to return the washer due to it having problems. But she saw us and helped right away. She helped us find the next closest washer machine. Lillian the manger on duty was excellent as well. Very thankful for both ladies for their help and kindness!

I visited this location in search for a solution to a problem that's been inhibiting my employer from keeping the patio bar open because it has been too cold. We had several broken propane tower heaters that I took apart and brought the culprit gas valve knobs that were rusted over. As a team Nadeem, Alex, Amos, Brock, and Drew were able to fix the problem, with Drew loosening the knobs and recommending PB Blaster to soak them overnight. Their knowledge and effort was exceptional. They continued to search for a solution until one of them could fix the problem. These individuals deserve commendation for their synergy. Thank you!!!

What a joy to work with Ron Rountree, Appliance Specialist, while shopping for a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher on a very busy Black Friday. It was evident that Ron had thorough product knowledge about the series. We placed a custom order, which encompassed several details, and he ensured everything was correct, alleviating any chance of error. I came to get lightbulbs that were very strange and I was frustrated as it was early in the morning and i had worked a full shift, but Mike T immediately helped me find it very kindly. Monique was also very helpful at check out.

Brock was our cashier and she was awesome. Brand new but should be used as a model for other employees to learn from. Friendly and helpful which is something I’ve felt was REALLY lacking at HD.

Cashiers & employees do not want to help /when asked customers. I got yelled at by a cashier, because I did not know how to work the register. I am not a cashier! Why would I know which of the multiple barcodes to use? I did not expect to get YELLED AT by the cashier. I mean they were just standing there talking to each other (not another customer) and I simply asked for help!

Lashonda on returns was about the most rude person I have ever encountered. It’s a shame that Home Depot hires people like her to deal with customers.
