Store was clean and stocked well. Had many plants and flowers in the garden center and plenty of assistance in each department I was in.

I shop this and other Home Depots regularly, as I am a Landlord. The Southside Jax store has Associates that are always readily available to ask questions and are very knowledgeable. This store feels more geared for the home owner then a contractor or tradesmen. Always enjoy this store to shop, browse and ask questions. I know I can find "it" there.

Don't shop here. Incorrect inventory on the website. You will not be helpedV

Alysa is a very helpful and attentive customer service representative. We were able to get what we needed immediately and she made sure another customer service representative loaded the items into our van. Now that's good customer service!

I had the greatest customer service from an employee who worked in the paint department. Sorry I couldn’t remember his name. But I did speak with his manager who was Robert. And told him he gave me great customer service.

This store has the best customer service of all the stores based on my experience. Also this store seems to have more in stock than other locations. The Northside offers good service especially at the Pro Desk.

Store 0226 is always the bomb.com. The team that works there are always professional and courteous. The store is always clean and inviting. It is easy to find the things I am looking for. If I have questions about a product, it is always easy to find an employee to ask for help. Great job and big Kudos to the management and team at this store.

A very sarcastic condescending manager working in the store at 6:45 PM on 07/28/2020 needs to be replaced. The store is in dire need of maintenance as is obvious due to the at least 6 leaks while it is raining. As I walked through the store I had to avoid more puddles on the floor inside than out. The lady working the paint counter was extremely friendly and helpful.

I have a disability so I asked for assistance and never got it. Had to do it myself which caused much pain. Had for help multiple times and when spoke to a manager, I just got a apology statement that didn't help at all.

Cheryl was great & very friendly / helpful. Nice to have someone so helpful during this pandemic.

The store was satisfactory overall . But cashier Elizabeth is a shining star natural in customer service and will lead in this store very soon.

The employees at this location ALWAYS go out of their way to accommodate their guests! They are definitely doing it right!!!

I always have good service when I come to this store...which has been frequently as I have just moved to the area.

This is the only store we will go to in the area. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They really do go above and beyond for their customers.

The associates at this Home Depot are friendly, but more important, they have knowledge about the products in their department. They don’t let you just wander around lost. They offer to help you.

Terrible customer service. Don’t ask customer service questions regarding floor model products. They don’t know the answer.

Excellent customer service

I enjoy shopping at home depot never had any problems

The self checkout employee was not present at self checkout, instead was outside chatting. After I tossed my receipt at the door out of habit, she asked to see it. I offered to pull up the transaction on my phone and was told this did not suffice and was made to DIG THROUGH A FULL TRASH CAN for my receipt. During a worldwide PANDEMIC this is unacceptable. Don't go here. They don't care about their customers or your health and safety.

The staff was not able to assist me with what I needed. I wanted help choosing the right size pipe to go from a sink to a drain. The plumbing department staff had no idea what I was talking about. This store also pushes the self checkout way too hard. I’m willing to pay a few cents more on top of the high markup so Home Depot can hire more cashiers.

Once again when looking for a specific item for our home, this store came thru for us. JT of the garden department made my mission complete in a timely manner. Hats off to JT!
