Always satisfied with storage service

Was very disheartening to go into the Home Depot on a busy Saturday morning and have no one in the store capable of checking me out… It’s ridiculous to think that anyone would voluntarily self check out, if you choose to check out via self check out Lane good for you! I value human interaction and sales support

Compared with other’s stores, in the gardening section I found great deals and a lot more variety of plants

Yesterday I went into Home Depot on southside and was assisted by Mike T in the electrical department as well as Sean and flooring. Both gentleman were absolutely helpful and knowledgeable. They made my day.

Ben was the employee who assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He not only loaded tile on the cart he helped to load it in my vehicle. This was exceptional and very much appreciated.

Quality of the products is awesome

The Home Depot on Southside Blvd. in Jacksonville has very helpful employees. I get stuck with garden equipment I've bought and all I have to do is take it back and they give me a class in how to thread weed trimmers, etc.

The Depot always has what I need. It is well located, on the of chance something is out of stock, there is anothe Depot near me even bigger than my nearest store.

These days you visit a retail location employees are so stretched to the limit with under staffing and extreme demands from corporate. At this particular home Depot Sharon was absolutely a breath of fresh air. She was willing to take time out of her stocking duties to assist us with a question about a product not in her department. We felt like the only people in the store she answered all our questions quickly and efficiently. Very knowledgeable and professional we were extremely impressed.

Luis was very helpful, he greeted me in the outside garden section and asked if I needed help with anything. Then he helped me find the right plants that I’d be able to keep in my living room.
