Jerry is truly an amazing person, we live past cold springs now and still drive to Spanish springs just because of Jerry, he is so helpful. His smile and positive attitude brightens your day and he makes sure you get the help you need and find what you are looking for. I could not imagine home depot without him and I know for a fact I'm not the only one. Keep up the great work Jerry!

We just finished our spare room from carpet to Lifeproof Laminate, we love it!!! The house look and feel has improved 100%. Stephanie in Flooring helped us numerous occasions to make this possible!

I purchased a new refrigerator and had excellent service purchasing my appliance. Had a problem with my delivery due to the flight of stairs that I have in my condo where I live.,But was quickly resolved with the crew that came out to deliver my new refrigerator. Excellent customer service all the way around.

I bought this online and it was delivered on the 17th of Feb 2022. Delivery went smooth and arrived on time. When I ordered online I didn't sign up for removal of the old freezer. I tried to add this on after ordering and before delivery but they couldn't do it at the 800 number or locally at the store so add that at time of ordering as it cost me more to dispose of myself. The freezer is maintaining a temp of 0F after leaving it overnight. I would buy again.

Supplies are always available and staff are always helpful!

As a women of color and the youngest person shopping on 5/10, it was absolutely embarrassing to be shopping for soil and plants and have an associate (julie) tell me to remove my 2 year old from the shopping cart because we were going out front to look at tomatoes and strawberries and we had soil in the cart. she stated that my “cart would be waiting for me by the register and that We could not take our cart with us.” keep in mind, i had two small bags of soil, mesh and two small pieces of marked down wood, but maybe the rules had changed. we have been coming here for 13 years and this has never happened. after picking out what we wanted, and seeing dozens of others out front with their carts, we went back to grab our cart. we were told no, by the same associate. After telling her we found a few items we wanted, she advised me to walk across the parking lot with my two year old to get a new cart to put the items in. as i shook my head she grabbed my cart and went to tell me no again, another associate intervened. She told julie that this wasn’t a thing and only pertained to electronics and high dollar items. she smiled at my two year old and myself and said “go fill this thing up with plants!” julie walked away upset. i believe the other cashiers name was jessica. jessica and and another garden cashier, jackie came to check on my daughter and myself and they saw that i was visibly upset. they apologized and said they would partner with management. they were absolutely fantastic! Rick checked us out at special services and was so kind. every other associate was absolutely fantastic and the reason we keep coming back.

My cashier America was very knowledgeable and polite. The staff at this store are among the best.

There are staples and landmarks in every town, Jerry is one of those in Sparks.

All the employees are well trained and educated, the store was very clean and stocked. The girl at the check out I think her name was America went out of her way to help an old gal like me.

Online order does not work - even when they confirm it via test or email. Do not expect your items will all be ready. Items will be missing with no substitutes offered or found. No help or solutions offered. Just go find it or substitute yourself.

I love coming to this store the customer service is always on point.

This Home Depot location is organized compared to other place.

The employees are amazing

so far what we have got here has worked out fairly well , the prices can be a bit high but there are often some pretty good deals , people are friendly enough

Jerry at the store is always so helpful and amazing.

Everyone absolutely loves Jerry. He is the whole image of Home Depot. I have worked and managed in retail for about 30 years. When you find an employee like Jerry you best hang on to him cause he is a gem. I would like to recommend Jerry for employee of the month actually employee of the year!

This is my go to store for everything! I come to this store specifically to see Jerry, he makes every trip worth it. No matter the mood I’m in, I always leave happier because of him. The rest of the staff is great also. Jerry just makes its better!

Jerry is the reason I always shop at this store. He has the absolute best, friendliest personality. I have never seen him not go out of his way to greet someone or help them when needed. Be like Jerry should be the store motto.
