This location is consistently a great one to use for our needs. We're consistently greeted in a positive way, along with people willing to help inside. The store itself is clean and organized. Some odds and ends can be out of stock, special order, or online only but that's to be expected. Even when it's busy, we can typically get checked out and back home to our projects quickly.

If you ever come across Cindy upon checkout you won't be disappointed. She is the best at what she does. All of the people in this store are usually very helpful & kind!!

The staff are not just friendly, they know the products but the phrases "above-and-beyond" or "the extra mile" really mean something to the staff here. They take the time to walk around the store with me showing me the products, how to use them and what would help me be more efficient. I would recommend this Home Depot to anyone and everyone!

This store is the BEST! We were expecting the purchase of kitchen cabinets to be awful and yet it turned out to be wonderful due to Gretchen Vasquez. I am telling you when my husband showed her his 3x3 piece of paper with all his measurements on it I thought this was going to be a struggle. Due to the professional knowledge go Gretchen she had all the cabinets on the computer designed in no time at all. Can you believe it! I am telling you it was the most stress free experience for us. As we were leaving we remembered we had to get some other items and asked another employee where to find them and he also was helpful, sorry I didn't get his name. The store is clean and the isles are clearly marked to easily find things.

By far, the best Home Depot in the area. But, don't take my word for it, visit and you will, probably, agree. Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The store was well stocked, compared to the 2 or 3 other Home Depots in the area.

This store was well organized and clean. The employees were friendly and we were able to locate everything we needed quickly and easily. It may be difficult to navigate their parking lot if you have a trailer, but I didn't have one for this trip.

I had an incredibly humiliating experience in trying to purchase a single dewalt power tool and an electronic deadbolt for the front door of my house. The power tools are now locked up, requiring you to find an associate to unlock them, then they have to carry it up to the cashier. You cannot put the tool in your shopping cart. What if you are not done shopping? It's like I bought a firearm, or something. The electronic deadbolt was also locked up and after waiting 15 minutes in line at the cashier was told to step aside and wait while they checked out other customers, until a key holder brought my deadbolt. Another 15 minutes lost and I am standing there like an accused thief. Going forward, I will simply go look at the products available, then order them elsewhere online and have them delivered to my house.

On a last-ditch effort to find an item for my home, this store had EXACTLY what I needed. the store was neat and tidy, the employees all friendly. Bob, Elias, and Crystal H. have revived my confidence in the Home Depot.

I'm older and can't handle full sheets of plywood by myself. I often need multiple cuts to be made before I leave the store. The workers are always willing to help me by making the cuts and helping to load the plywood with me. Always a great experience.

Cindy at check out was great and showed she liked her job.

I've lived in Sparks for a little over 11 years. I have completely remodeled our home over that time and I have purchased most of the materials from Home Depot on Pyramid Hwy. I have been very pleased with the selection of materials and the service.

The employees of the store are always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We shop there a lot and are always greeted by a friendly Hello and a smile.

Vern and Lane are great employees! They were both helpful and knowledgeable about the products we purchased and even saved us some dollars! Definitely assets to your store and company!

If you can find Kristy at customer service, she will really help you out.

The employees in this store are the best! From Jerry who always greets you with a smile to the helpful people around the store, always checking to be sure you're finding what you need. Jesus at the Pro Desk will truly make the effort and take the time to search to find what you need. I've had amazing help in Lumber (Don??) and Lighting (Bill). I have never had a bad experience and we're here a lot!

Never had a bad experience at this store, purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, sales clerks always friendly and knowledgeable. Good prices too.

Steve in paint is a lackluster employee and should keep his opinions to himself; he should really focus more on getting the customers what they want instead of interjecting his opinion on things.

This store has the friendliest staff who are always heard asking customers if they need any help. This store also has the best best greeter ever (Jerry). I prefer this store over any other Home Depots in the Reno-Sparks area.

Home Depot needs to start accepting contactless payments, like Apple Pay, Google Pay etc. There is a pandemic!!
