I’ve been to other hardware stores and never received the help and attention there that I have at this store. Everyone please shop at this store first when starting a project. They have the friendly staff you’ll ever find anywhere

I had a credit issue for returned item and Allison was super helpful. Got my problem solved very fast.

Employees are always helpful and friendly!

The manager Andrew and store associate Sherri went above and beyond for me. I ordered a food pantry online and it was delivered damaged. We were unable to reach the maker of the item to order a new part and so the two of them handled my situation personally, professionally and swiftly. I went from being worried and stressed and hesitant to ever order online again to 1000% satisfied and relieved. They helped me resolve my problem with pure ingenuity. I felt totally cared for and Not only would I order from this store again I would recommend everyone I know to do shop here. Every employee I came across was very kind and the store was safe and clean. Thank you guy's so much for everything you have done. I truly could not be more happy or satisfied.

The Spanish Springs Store had the only ECHO leaf blower/vacuum in the area that I wanted. Sam from the Service Dept. physically checked and held the unit at the Service Dept. until I could arrive there which I did and purchased the unit.

Customer service is key when flooring installs or appliance deliveries don’t go “as planned”. The Associates and Store managers were friendly and helpful. I appreciated their extra efforts. Thank you to Andrew, Ivan, Ron, Gretchen, Myra, Ally, and Cindy (EOS) for helping me get my LVP flooring, custom vanity, and 3 appliances ordered, installed and delivered. Despite manufacturer’s stock issues this home remodel is almost complete. Also Clint Ott at Romanoff did a fantastic job on the flooring install. One more dishwasher delivery left and this remodel will be done!

Just moved to Sparks and I had a great experience buying a refrigerator at this location. Awesome customer service, and received a quick delivery date. Going back for new carpet!

Spanish Spring Home Depot is well-stocked, clean and has awesome employees who're friendly, helpful, kind--and extraordinarily knowledgeable. They've made it possible for my spouse and I to do DYI projects such as installing new tile and flooring, kitchen sink and faucet, swamp cooler, & two outdoor faucets; adding copper pipe and installing a third outdoor faucet; repairing a cracked concrete patio and driveway, a damaged roof, leaking pipes and faucets and a damaged irrigation system; saving our dying, infested pine trees; landscaping our yard; redecorating our home and repainting it inside and out.

If you can find an employee they are invariably helpful and friendly. The plumbing staff is always swamped, no matter how many of them are on duty, but they always try hard to understand my issue and find me the right stuff. Chuck has been helpful.

The manager Andrew and Jerry were excellent. Andrew fixed an issue that Homedepot.com created and made the whole experience better. Andrew handled the situation the way a manager should. I will never order from homedepot.com again or call their customer service line but I will still shop at the Spanish Springs Home Depot thanks to Andrew and Jerry.

Great customer service

Every time I go to this store I get service that is just a little better than most Home Depot stores in the area. I have encountered three employees in three visits that went above and beyond. This store is still trying to give good service despite all of the changes that have happened with the way we do business in this "new norm." This is MY Home Depot. Love you guys for doing your best in this craziness!

Best location in Reno/Sparks

During my recent visit, Assistant Manager Andrew went above and beyond to ensure that I went home with products that would fit my needs at an affordable price. He even carried my purchases to my vehicle while I carried my toddler. I am consistently impressed with the manager and assistant manager staff at this store. All hardware stores should learn from their example.

Customer service at the Sparks Home Depot is amazing. There is always an employee ready to help me find what I am looking for or help answer my questions. The store is always clean and the products are always well organized. Always a great experience when I shop at the Sparks Home Depot.

Went to buy lumber and plywood to build shelf unit in my shed. Everything was in stock and an employee happily cut my plywood to the size I needed.
