It is great not having to go round up an employee when I need help. Had no less than three ask me if I needed anything, even though at the time I wasn't having trouble. That's a good thing for us short people as we never know when we are going to have a problem getting things off high shelves...when there isn't enough staff, it can eat up a lot of my workday having to chase people down or waiting behind two or three other customers to have their questions answered. And, the cashier, Robin, was right on the ball, so I was back on the road in no time.

when I bought my John Deere E 140 riding lawn mower from Home Depot, I went to register lit I found out that Home Depot did it for me.

We purchased a new washer and dryer from Tony in the appliance department of Home Depot. Tony is a fantastic sales associate. Anxious for the delivery later this week of our new appliances.

I thought at first it would be a hassle ordering our flooring because it was the first time. I'm a 77year old man and I was not treated like an old person. That is what made my day!

Troy was the highlight of our day. He made sure we walked out with a smile on our face. I appreciate him helping us out with our purchase of a ladder.

At this location no one cares to help you in any way. Needed help loading stuff and no one would help! No one would stop and help me with any questions. Numerous attempts were made to get assistance but all attempts failed! I will not shop here ever again!

I spend a lot of time in home depot and they have always done the best to take are of me and helping u find whatever u ar looking for

Havent had machine long enough to rate it.. has to be better then the second hand one bought off fb marketplace and the guy who played us..sold us a broken washer

My project is landscaping and I received help from Jamie in my Home Depot store. Too soon to show pictures but we're off to a great start!

All the staff I interact with are helpful and friendly. Careylu was delightful at chekout.

Tanner deserves employee of the month. Very helpful and courteous Young man. Can you believe he changed my tire off the clock because I was stuck in the parking lot after shopping. On top of that he absolutely refused to accept a small amount of money. Also the other employees were very helpful as well while I shopped.

i needed some out door carpet cut and it took a minute but greg the guy that cut my carpet for me was very nice and did a great job

Home Depot is my 'GO TO STORE' for all of my home and garden projects. The employees there are very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to find the correct items. I am thankful for a store that enables me to get so much done in my home with excellent customer service and great prices. Thank you!

This location has many nice people there willing to help. There is one person named Kathlynn who works up front that is super nice and super helpfully. Full of energy and has a great attitude.

Good shopping experience over all, I found a new type of gasket (Hydroseal) to try out on my garden hoses that I haven't seen anywhere else and I think it will solve an issue I have had that regular hose washers didn't. No one was grumpy, neither employees or customers, which is a good sign. Maybe it is because Easter is nearly here, the weather is beautiful, and we are in the Free State of Florida, ha. The stockers, in addition to the regular staff, were busy and even cheerfully doing their work, (it looked very well organized today, not a lot of clutter in the aisles by the way) but they were not so harried and overwhelmed they couldn't answer questions or take the time to show customers how a product would help them, and still acknowledge other customers going by while dealing with one. The cashier, Nicholas, was great, very friendly and not in a fake, programmed way like so many big corporations demand of their workers. For some reason the store almost had the atmosphere of a well-managed family business today (except for the self-checkout lanes, of course) instead of an impersonal big box store high stress environment like it used to have. It is just nicer when a company's employees are in a good mood, so whatever is in the drinking water ...keep putting it in there. :-)

I went into the store focused on a new decor plan for storage in my home. I bought a lot of grey & chestnut finished shelving to accomplish this new storage inside my laundry room and pantry closets and I am so pleased with the look. I will be returning for more supplies soon to accomplish this in more closets in my home.
