The store has great selections of holiday decorations. The store is packed with small and large inside and outdoors decorations. Had a great time with my granddaughter selected our 2020 holiday theme; all at a reasonable cost. Thanks Home Depot!

I have had continuous good service at this Hope Depot. Some of the employees know me by name and greet me when they see me. I'm a woman, and when the items are too high or heavy to deal with, I get immediate assistance. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I had a Flooring Specialist spend over an hour with me a couple of days ago as I struggled to get matching tile for a bathroom remodel. She was friendly, helpful and although a small woman, she even helped us load close to a thousand pounds of product and oversaw us to safely secure a glass shower door. It was an amazing experience.

The employees were super helpful and polite! I was able to get in and out quickly. As a mother of two young children- whom also came shopping with me- I need to get in and out quickly. Thanks Home Depot Team!

This will be my second review. The store on Spring is very clean, have plenty supplies on hand, always very helpful. I have purchased there many items for my home. I have purchased carpet, a new tolet, a grab bar for my bathroom, a stove, micowave, flooring, and a refrigerator.

No one was available to assist in storage org dept, cust serv desk had me wait for several minutes while there were NO customers there, the ladies there seem to be more focused on talking/gossiping and drinking their coffee than helping customers that they CLEARLY see standing there.

I HAVE BOUGHT MANY ITEMS FROM THIS STORE. I BOUGHT AND HAD INSTALLED A NEW COMMODE, CARPET FOR MY WHOLE DOWNSTAIRS, GRAB BAR FOR MY BATHROOM, PAINT, OTHER ITEMS IN THE PAST AND NOW I AM HAVING FLOORING INSTALLED IN MY KITCHEN.

This Store Is Incredibly Busy and The Staff Handles The Business Flow Tremendously Well.

BAD AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN TRING TO EXIT AT LOADING DOCK LADY, GUARD, REFUSED TO LET ME FOLLOW MY WIFE OUT, WHO ROLLED THE LANDSCAPE TIMBERS OUT BEFORE ME. I WENT OUT ANOTHER DOOR AND BACK TO THE LOADING DOCK WHERE MY TIMBERS WAS SHE STARTED CLOSING THE METAL DOOR WHEN I TRIED ADVISING THEM OF MAN BEING STUCK BE A TRUCK AT THE LOADING AREA

Today the store I rave about let me down. The employees with orange aprons were all talking to each other. The boss must have had a day off or he was sleeping in the back. Not your typical experience at the Spring Store. The check out was as slow as I had ever experienced at this store today. 2 stars is a compliment. Dave in Hardware is the only positive about my experience.

Home Depot is my "Go to" home improvement store wherever I am.

Today's visit was easy breezy and a staff member from plumbing was very knowledgeable about a product I inquired about.

VERY HELPFUL STAFF AND FAST CASHIERS, ALWAYS HAVE WHAT IM LOOKING FOR.

Friendly employees, eager to help & the checkout process was very efficient/quick!

The people the kindness of the people their. You guys also have everything the community needs/ wants plus social distances in the store is great. I have lived in the Community since 2007 and the best Home Depot ever.

The store associate, Andre, in the Doors department was awesome. He was supper friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In the 40 years I've been going to this store, I've never had a bad experience!
