This store in Spring is excellent! The store is always clean with items conveniently displayed and easy to find. The associates are very friendly and eager to help you! This is what customer service is all about!!!

Employees at this location, particularly in appliance division are much more helpful than many other places including other Home Depot.

While all the staff is great, Jazmen in the paint department is very knowledgeable of her trade.

Claire cashier was extremely helpful when I went to Home Depot spring location today. I couldn’t be more appreciative she helped find a product I was looking for a long time.

I love this store. Always find someone willing and able to help. Great customer service. I want to give a shout out to Andre, this young man went above and beyond to help us with a purchase of a drum fan. It wasn’t on shelves but he was determined to find where they were since website said there were 26 in store he did his research and sure enough he got one for us :) That is going above and beyond!

You have some employees who have been here for quite some time. In the electrical dept. and the flooring dept. This store has had a number of managers thru the years that I've been coming here. The store is getting better at being cleaner, please continue this practice. Keep the right employees and this store will continue to shine.

The store was busy and I am favorable to HD because of my experience in WA state 20 years ago.

The service is usually very friendly and efficient. I get asked more than once if I’m satisfied and I don’t really complain much. Minor stuff if any. But they won’t let me leave without confirming satisfaction! I love that about this store. Besides the fact I’m female and a super geek when I walk into this store. It’s like Christmas to me! ;) I love it !!

The Spring Store did it again. I needed help from 2 different associates & they both went out of their way to help me. One was a female associate in the concrete section. She went out of her way to get a case of caulking off the upper shelves when it was clearly a little difficult to reach. Another young man helped me with drain pipe & tried to locate a vanity mirror for me. Bill was at the register, he was excellent. A very impressive effort by your staff. Thanks Home Depot!

Employee Brandon assaulted me as i exited the store today. Multiple attempts at calling and requesting for a manager. Nobody showed up.

Excellent customer service, with exact products we needed at reasonable prices. Brenda will greet you at the door and guide you to your purchases and Bill in customer service will make sure you are happy with your visit! Check out is fast and easy. Every one was extremely helpful and friendly.

I AM A FEMALE SENIOR CITIZEN AND EVEN WITH ALL THE QUESTIONS I ASK, I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EMPLOYEE ROLL THEIR EYES OR DISMISS ME WITH OUT ANSWERING MY QUESTION OR EXPLAINING THE ' HOW TO" MAKE MY NEED OR NEEDS WORK AND WHY. I MOVED BACK TO HOUSTON LAST YEAR AND ORDERED ALL MY APPLIANCES FROM YOUR STORE, AND ALL UP GRADES I WANTED DONE WAS ALSO PURCHASED FROM YOUR STORE. I RECENTLY HAD A SEVERE SEWER BACK UP FLOOD IN MY HOUSE AND EXCEPT FOR THE FLOORING THAT WAS PURCHASED AND INSTALLED THE COMPANY HANDLING THE REPAIRS. EVERYTHING ELSE NEEDED WAS PURCHASED AT MY STORE. SEVERAL ITEMS HAD TO BE RETURNED, BUT ALL REPLACEMENTS WERE PURCHASED AT YOUR STORE. I FEEL AT HOME WHEN I COME IN, EVEN GETTING A " GOOD TO SEE YOU AGAIN" FROM YOUR WONDERFUL AND WELL TRAINED EMPLOYEES.

I have been shopping here since they have opened. It used to be a better place to shop. It is still a clean and well stocked location. It is the attitude of the employees that's change along with getting rid of most of the cashiers. It is difficult to get assistance when shopping and the personality of most of the staff is not nice. I worked in retail for 36 and understand what good customer service is. The competition is just a few hundred feet away but their employees are so much more helpful and courteous. If the prices and selection were the exact same I would no longer shop here.

The store was clean and products were easy to find. I liked that I'd see employees in just about every section on the floor and i liked that. I also liked that they knew to answer any question that had.
