Home Depot is my home away from home. I purchased my flooring from one of their stores and was able to do the job myself.

Thank you to Karen the cashier and Yvonne the sales associate. It was a task to find an item that was listed in the store but not on the shelves in plain view. I’m glad know one gave up the search. Also, thank you Ki driving the lift to get the found product which was on the highest shelve in the store on a crate. Now I get to take the product home for the contractor to install on time.

I bought a hanging plant yesterday and it looks great in my kitchen window.

I love the location of this store but, the employees are lazy to help customers properly. You have to always run them down for help. If you cannot find help they will only turn up if they see you on a ladder. That gets them in trouble so that's when they are helpful in some sections in certain neighborhoods. This store is clean & is hardware heaven but hard to find help in!

Mervette helped me to select what I needed and it was such a pleasant experience. She was kind, helpful, friendly and provided the best customer service.

.She's very attentive.She greets me.She asks me anything else Homedepot needs more Cashiers like Judith. She is always pleasant and knowledgeable about all products that are sold at Homedepot .

This store is always nicely stocked and very neat

Unfortunately this store has staff that are very hostile and unwilling to assist. They either hide from you or look disgusted when you request assistance. Also, they are very dishonest when it comes to store policy. A customer service rep refused to hand me back my store credit card because it was empty whereas at other stores the cashier would hand it back to me. Also, self checkout doesn't ask to keep your card as well.

Cheldon provided excellent customer service.

Twice now a certain cashier has pressed buttons at check out inexplicably preventing me from getting an email receipt. I cannot recommend this store.

I bought a touch about 6 months ago. And it's now a not working switch. I cannot find the receipt, so now I'm stock with it, I had to use old school switch

Even though I experienced some trouble finding my item the Home Depot crew who helped me all put their heads together for the perfect remedy to solve the issue. Now that's what I call team work! Team work enhances your skills, it magnifies creativity to solve problems and it magnetizes customers to return back to The Home Depot who gave them excellent cuatomer support to patronize the establishment. Kudos to the Springfield Gardens Home Depot!!!!! Yeah!! Applause to you!!!!

I had an amazing experience at Home Depot, all thanks to Ashley. Her exceptional assistance with screws exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to ensure I had complete clarity and even arranged for a screw expert named Joe to further assist me. Kimmy also deserves recognition for her outstanding support during the payment process when I forgot my card. Overall, the service provided by Ashley, Joe, and Kimmy was phenomenal. Home Depot is fortunate to have such exceptional team !

We received a text from one of our tenants on 7/10, informing us that their refrigerator stopped working. I came to the store on 7/11, was taken care of by a fantastic employee named Audrey, and within 30 minutes purchased the refrigerator we needed and saved $50 by being approved for a Home Depot credit card, with no interest on purchase for 12 months!

I’m usually happy with the service I receive the lines are long but they move swiftly there’s been one time when an employee was rude and I had to put her in her place but other than that the employees are pretty helpful

I would like to recognize especially the staff persons Dwayne who was so helpful in getting me to the area where l was able to get stock which was not in reach and helping me with the heavy item placing it in my car. Such a gentleman Also Tatiana and Rivor who were helpful and pleasant.

I shopped at the Springfield Gardens Store and was greeted and helped by two (2) salespeople, Katrina and Kervens. They both took time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They both acted very professional and each was very courteous.

Kimberly the cashier was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and patient. Appreciate her customer service skills.
