The cashier name Mo was very friendly and assisted my husband and I during checkout, she is such a great person.

This location is always merchandise stocked and the staff are always friendly and willing to assist

we receive our appliances no problems with delivery have not installed yet waitng for kitchen floors to be finished good job on letting us know when boxes will be deliver

I pulled in the lot and I was happy to see that Home Depot had an employee cleaning the trash that shoppers drop in the lot. The lot was decent looking unlike in the past.

I was looking into a grill and didn’t know the honest difference in price so I asked Sarah and she helped me …ria was excellent at the register …Both of them went above and beyond to help me out and I really appreciate it …

On June 21st, 2022 I went to the Springfield Gardens Home Depot to rectify an issue with an order that I canceled back in 2021. I first visited the customer service desk but was redirected to a specific person in the appliances department. Unfortunately, once I got there the person had left for the day and with no one to turn to I went to the kitchen department right next door and was pleasantly greeted by Ms. Mervette Powell. She listened to my concerns and immediately started to assist me with my issue. She was calm, yet reassuring in that she could help and shared that if she couldn’t assist she would leave a note for an appliance SA. Ms. Powell was on the phone for over two and a half hours with various HD personnel. Many calls got disconnected and someone people weren’t helpful at all. Mervette worked tirelessly through her lunch period until she was able to come to a resolution. Finally, she got the information she needed and solicited the assistance of Alicia to close the loop. After numerous phone calls, I was able get my refund all because Mervette Powell listened to me and made sure to give top tier customer service! I will definitely shop here again. Thank you Ms. Powell!

This store is not customer oriented. The attitude hit you first before you can even ask question. Of course they are great people among the crew but as general observation/experience; they fall behind the standard. If I have a choice, I will not shop from this location. I often come out unhappy than happy and I am spending money. Tolerance for careless, absences of customer service is too obvious. A large number of employees have zero regards, they don't even try and I strongly believe it is the quality of the people available to hire as supposed to Home depot failure.

Purchased a Black and Decker 24inch electric hedge trimmer that was recommended by an associate in that department. Very easy to handle and does a neat cut on the hedges. Wonderful product for a fair price.

The paint counter person was very helpful, and the cashier was extremely cheerful.

This review is about Carmela who was in the garden department...knowing that the front might have been busy and that she had less traffic, Carmela announced an open register in the back where anyone could cash out. I was late for work so getting to this register to check out made a huge impact. A lot of ppl might not make the point to do that extra work but she did and showed excellent customer service when I spoke with her. Thanks again and if she is an example of what to expect at this Home Depot I will be a frequent customer.

This store was limited in flooring choices but had excellent customer service.

This is my neighborhood store . I had numerous visits . Service has been inconsistent. I have had excellent service but more often the sales associate are rude and not helpful.

I came in on 2/06/2022 for a 5 gallon tub of paint . There wasn’t anyone at the paint station. After asking an employee to call for assistance . A girl with curly orange hair came to the station . Without asking any questions she began to service a man who just walked up to the station . I tried to explain to her that I was their first and she began to give me a lot of attitude . Even after calling the manager over she still continued to give attitude . The manager had to pull her aside . Home Depot should work with their employees on having better customer service . The manager ED is very professional .

My Cashier Justin was very helpful and concerned for my needs, I was very happy with my experience and will be back anytime I need something and I’m in the Springfield gardens area

I usually shop at the Valley Stream HD. I was in the area and decided to check out the Springfield Gardens location and I was amazed at the size and selection on offer... super home depot!

I bought some items that was on sale.

I usually shop at the Home Depot store in Hicksville, L.I. even though I live near the one in Springfield Gardens. I usually have to order stuff online because the one near me always has a low quantity of products that I need--like stuff for cleaning the house. It is not the best Home Depot Store, but the workers are friendly and the location convenient and that makes up for the lack of supplies.

I was having trouble finding a few tools and was taken to where the product is located

The products are great, prices are competitive. The number concern is customer service. Please greet customers with the same respect, enthusiasm & empathy you would want as if you were a customer somewhere else.
