Always have what I need

You need more ppl available I see a lot of ppl looking for help and not many ppl available

I was looking for lumber and accessories/tools for a small project and Bryant stopped and asked if I was doing ok/needed any help. I told him what I needed and what I was looking for and he gave me suggestions on everything. He was patient with me and I’m thankful because I was feeling a little overwhelmed with things I needed to find.

Garland at the pro desk was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful

Hudson John Faybeon Did a awesome job with assisting on loading and unloading pallets of cinderblocks. This is exactly what Home Depot needs. More hard workers like them. 305 Worth Ave., Stafford, VA location.

Bought our lawn mower at Home Depot and needed a new air filter. Couldn't find one on the shelve. John & Najee helped me find several boxes in the area above the display and got them down. They saved me a trip back. Refilled the display and were friendly and helpful! I appreciate this level of customer service!

I went in to get a few keys made and since there's not a self-service kiosk, I had to hope someone would come by to help. Chris quickly came by and got the needed keys made. His professionalism, patience, and customer service made me feel like an appreciated customer that was happy to not end up making my own keys. Keep Hiring Veterans, Home Depot!

My husband and I purchased a home, and we have been doing a lot of DIY updates to make it our own. David in the paint department has been so extremely helpful with what to buy, tips, and tricks for an entire interior paint job. Kevin in the electrical department was also very knowledgeable with wiring an video doorbell. I couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent customer service!

On my recent visit to this store, I was shocked to see that customer service was alive and well at this Home Depot location. I was fortunate enough to meet an employee, Bryant Clarke, that actually listened and helped me find a resolution for my problem. Hopefully, you will be so lucky to run into Bryant Clarke on your next visit to this store.

I wanted to write this review because I want everyone to know that Millie in the customer service area is so amazing to work with. She has fixed many of my online ordering issues or has been able to find a way to get someone else to resolve it. Always a great experience when I get to work with her!

Please thank Brad for me! I locked my keys inside of my car when loading these items. I went inside the store for help, and Brad was BEYOND helpful! I was completely distraught, but Brad’s attitude and willingness to help made the entire situation better instantly. He didn’t allow me to be stranded, and got me back in my car and on my way. Please also thank D. He definitely deserves a special shout out too! You have an amazing staff at your store. I just moved to Stafford, literally got the keys to my house this morning! Because of Brad, this Home Depot is for sure the only place we’re going to for all our current and any future home repair and improvement needs.

I been to several stores in the area but I always come back to this home depot. The people are just so friendly, they help you. employees are available or near by. they ask you if your finding everything alright.. (Not like me having to go search for someone to help me) I appreciate that.

Paid for 30 bags of mulch, could not get anyone to help me with loading the mulch after waiting and asking for help for half an hour during non peak times. Approahed store manager Vinnie and she did not care that no one helped me and laughed at my complaint as it was no big deal to her. Ultimately ended up getting refunded for the 30 bags of mulch I purchased

I chase sales and this location has them often enough as to where I'm here every week. Big items are consistently cheaper and are on sale more often at HD, so check online, download the app, and signup for updates. Availability of said items are a different issue. Everyone knows this, and items will run out immediately.

We needed assistance loading mulch into our truck. John, Richard and Q were very helpful and personable.

The store is always busy, but the employees are on it. Go in, get what you need, get out. It really is that simple.

During my shopping today, I came across a significant leak that could potentially damage all your products on BW-13/BW-14, Dept 29. It seems to be coming from the roof, based on how cold the water was, I'm going to guess that the snow is melting and found it's way into the building. Potentially could cause a customer to slip and fall and file a lawsuit against HOME DEPOT if not taken care of. Worst case scenario, leak continues and more damage is made as winter is still here. I highly recommend someone to take a professional look at it from the rooftop perspective, detail out the findings, take care of it before safety of an associate or customer becomes negotiable.
