I was all over the Stafford , VA store today and encountered nothing but friendly, helpful people from Eric and Tiffany in tool rental to Tim in flooring and finally Dana at the service desk when checking out. Thank you to all!

I have been buying paint for my home from this Home Depot for many years. One of this reasons that I choose this location is the great advice I always get from David who works in this department. I can describe my paint project and he always gives great advice on the type of paint that I need and the necessary equipment to do the job. In addition, he never tries to get me to buy things I don't really need. I truly appreciate being able to utilize his expertise.

Bryant Clarke went above and beyond my expectations and gave me the best Home Depot shopping experience (and best customer service experience just overall). He took the time to walk me through and assist me. Did not rush through my questions and even took up his lunch break to assist me. I feel so bad. That man needs a promotion. Anyone seeing this please promote him! He is truly the best!

Do not waste your time going to this store for home improvement. I have been waiting for patio doors to be install since March 31, 2021. It is now July, and my order is cancel because Home Depot can not order the size door I need? sound confusions, yes I know....

I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful all the associates I dealt with were from the cashier and customer service person to the very helpful Fabian and Byron in the lumber area. There seemed to be an attitude of helpfulness at this store I haven't seen in others. Very well done.

We love this store! My wife and I call our frequent trips here "dates!" The store is clean, prices are as good or better than anywhere else, they are very military friendly, customer friendly and Cheryl Jenkins in the Door and Windows section was amazing, gave us a true VIP experience in helping us design our custom front door. We like this Home Depot store so much that it has become the only hardware store that we shop at (in spite of others being closer to our home). We feel lucky to have this store close to our home and also feel lucky that they have such great personnel working here.

Shopping experience was good and store always has a warm welcoming touch with the flowers in the garden area. During this time with covid i feel at ease and comfortable in my shopping experience the couple of times i have been there.

The staff at this location are very informative and easy to discuss your shopping needs for that visit. I have visited several times without much information about what I needed to complete my task. They've always given me critical information with an eye to complete my task in the most cost effective way (complete with classes in the past).

If you need a washer and/or dryer go see Jazmin. Very professional and willing to assist.

I've shopped at "many" home depot's, this one is one of my favorite locations . Always neat n clean, super staff , like John the loader.

Front loader John is an EXTREMELY pleasant and helpful young man . An asset to the store. HD , make more items available for the 10% military discount , HD is not hurting 4 money , giving 10% on more items will not cause HD to go n2 bankruptcy.

Always get what I need and wait times are relative to the time and day as are all retail stores.

The garden cashier, Aquilla, was very unhelpful and rude. I requested help to help, and she did not call anyone. She simply stated that there was no one to help. I had to go to customer service to request help to load, and 2 people were able to help me. She did not even attempt to call anyone and I was met with attitude when I asked if she could call someone to check. I bought garden soil, and due to her being unhelpful when checking out, I had left it behind after I had paid for it. So I had a terrible experience with cashier and bought items that I could not even take home.

Cashier Melany went above and beyond in assisting me with returns. I had items To return along with receipts, however, her coworker told me that Home Depot would not take it back. Melany took time and provided exceptional customer service by locating the items on my receipts and issuing the appropriate returns. Home Depot and every store needs more employees like Melany. Thank you!

I drive from Dumfries VA to purchase the items I need from this store. I prefer this store to a store in Prince William County which is a shorter distance from my home. I purchase items from this store because the employees are VERY helpful and professional!

I was in the store yesterday to purchase most of my items for a bathroom renovation. Sam and Cheryl Jenkins went way out of their way to help me out. The customer service was out of this world! Thank you Sam and Cheryl! Sam helped me find all of the items I was looking for and loaded them onto the cart for me! Ms. Jenkins helped check me out with a complicated check out process. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products I purchase and was incredibly patient and kind! THANK YOU SAM & CHERYL!
