Great place to shop for all of your Home and Garden needs with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Home Depot blows the competition away, when it comes to pricing! Not to mention they have price matching should you find your item elsewhere less expensive. When it comes to location and parking they are second to none and very convenient. I've had a pleasurable experience each time I visit. To Store Management and the entire Staff, Thank you for a continuous job well done!

The store is neat and has almost everything I need. Other items are available online and the staff professionally navigate through the website and assist customers. We had the pleasure of seeking help from a professional staff, Caitlyn, today. Her great assistance, respect, patience, and smart solutions helped us finalize our shopping cart before checking with a second provider, and spend just over $3000 efficiently getting everything done in a timely manner. Besides, this store has so far provided the most competitive prices. This is of course separate and before the ~$300 discount for my last purchase. Thank you Stafford HomeDepot.

The store is neat, organize and what an awesome customer service.

My experience is with the Millwork department and I am totally impressed with the entire team. Cheryl, in particular, made shopping for home improvements fun. I purchased several Anderson and Feather River windows and doors and consistently received outstanding service from planning to measuring to ordering. Return phone calls were prompt and I never felt any pressure on making a purchase. Cheryl just wants to make the customer totally happy.

My husband and I are redoing our stair case in our home. We came to home depot because of the tool rental program, in process we decided to buy all other equipment for project , Josha a young man helped us with panel he gave us so much help and knew about tools and materials! Very good service extremely helpful employees.

I arrived at the store around 8:20PM looking for two items found online. When I went to the window treatment department, I thought it would be an easy find, unfortunately it was not. I asked for assistance from one of the employees. He took the appropriate steps to locate the merchandise but unfortunately without success. He called for help and quickly another employee was able to locate the merchandise which happened to be located on a pallet on the top of a stacking rack. The time was now approaching closing time so I was worried I was being a burden. The employees came together to locate the merchandise. It was so nice to see everyone working together as a team. None of which made me feel as a burden at the near of closing time. The staff at Home Depot are always friendly, helpful and professional. I really appreciate their assistance and now my windows look fantastic. Thank you

Take a look a the clientele. The music you're playing is geared to 17 year-olds. You could probably find a better music select instead of these one-hit-wonders that nobody but the teenage clerks has ever heard of.. I know the station is "dictated by corporate" but the music is so awful it makes me want to shop with headphones...

We have done many home improvements over the years and we are getting ready to begin a new project. After 2 visits to Home Depot this past weekend we found everything we needed and very helpful people who have the answers to the questions we need to complete the project correctly. The store was clean and the displays made it easy to choose the materials and equipment we needed. The employees we met seemed to know their area and were very helpful.

The service at this store is so much better and the caring of the staff on your product they care about your time

My wife and I bought a refrigerator. Though it was a busy day in the appliance department, Nivea greeted us right away and said she would be with us as soon as she finished with her current client. In the meantime, Joe - an Assistant Manager saw the crowd came over and started us through the process, and then handed us over to Nivea to complete it, once she was free. They made sure we got all available discounts and incentives and explained the delivery process. In the past my wife loathed appliance shopping, we both found this experience pleasant.

We recently worked with Nick in the flooring department for a large flooring project. He was very patient with us and gave us alot of time and answered all of our questions. He was both friendly and knowledgable. He is the main reason we chose to go with Home Depot for our project and we will definetly use Home Depot in the future for other home projects.
