The store is clean and the employees want to help you.

My favorite home depot!

We have been shopping there for 18 years and there have been times where we can not find the right product for flooring and we have had to go to Valley Stream or Mill Basin. Then there have been other times we have had good experiences with staff answering questions and going the extra step to assist. It all depends to how Management May train their new hires. It all comes down to training and Human Resources.

Had a wonderful experience at this Homedepot!

The service was fast and accurate.

I would only recommend this store if you you hired more employees like Michean, (keytag: 300322058) One issue I noticed is that whenever there is a problem and you have to call the store no one picks up the phone ever. Or they will pick up the phone and say Home Depot please hold as they wait for someone else to pick up the line and your phone call becomes a hot potato that everyone picks up and passes on but yet no one ever ever picks up the phone which is a huge issue when there are questions or problems customers have..

Was searching for someone to ask a question in lighting/electrical area on 2/10/21 and felt that most workers were trying to avoid dealing with customer and did not want to be bothered as I would come up to them they would move away quick.Did find after a while one gentlemen that went out of his way to help me with a question, calling on the loud speaker and searching for someone in the store room to help answer my question. I did not get his name to thank him here, but he was great and wish him well, he is a real asset to the store, and a people person.

What helpful employees at this location. Wonderful experience I had today. Lumbar , nails dept. paint dept and especially the cashier Michelle who was the best. Her employee number on the receipt is 6152 00006 26440.

Staff at this store were very helpful. There was no one in the area where I needed assistance and a staff from another section took the time to find someone to help.

This store had everything I was looking for, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the customer service was on point.

Buyer beware. The customer service and returns area are the worst. They are under staffed, lack the knowledge about their products and service. WOW! Waited on line for 20 minutes and had to ask another department for help. The best staff by far are the sales help ( taking a chance here) and the checkout cashiers ( they are the best in the store). They are friendly, humorous and have great people skills. They need to teach the others how to treat customers. I always think twice about going to this store and I want to so shop in my community. Shame. BTW store is always in disarray. Why?

Amazing experience shopping at this store.

Its always smiles and cheer when I enter home depot, im assuming they know my face through the mask. The employees are helpful, Julie always pops up whenever I'm in need of assistance. Sometimes even if I'm not shopping I still come to home depot, its like my second home.

This store is very clean and the employees at the pro desk Julie and Elisa are amazing people.
