I found the store to be clean, well stocked, practicing the the covid-19 safety procedures. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and still cordial and concerned about customers. I felt safe and comfortable while sopping in this location.

This store has been my home improvement store from the day it opened till today. I get everything I want there and I'm familiar with most attendants to get help when I need it, so I won't be shopping anywhere else anytime soon.

Felt safe in your store. Observed Covid precautions

I was there on Saturday and Michele from hardware assisted me she was great! She even cashed me out the line was so long she jumped right in and cleared it up! Michele Torres is excellent! I will Always see her when I go there

The store was clean and neat, merchandise was well organized and easy to find. Employees made check out very quickly by assisting customers in the self check lines navigate the computer system. The security at the exit door was very polite to all customers upon leaving the store. Great experience today.

The store was not well stocked

The store was clean and all the associates were nice and always willing to help. I had a young woman who was very good at what she does. Very friendly and politely..

NEED MORE COLLECTION OF ALL GOODS . IF ANYTHING IS MISSING , PLEASE FILL IT UP RIGHT AWAY . THAT IS WHY , IT IS BADLY NEEDED TO CHECK UP EACH ITEM EVERY SINGLE HOUR .

This store was a complete chaos, it is difficult finding an employee to assist and worst of all there was no order when the cashier situated by the drywall and plywood section randomly says she is closing. She remained standing there talking to a friend as ppl continued to line up before ppl randomly would walk up to her to ask what was going on, she responds with an attitude and just says find another open register and goes back to chatting with her friends not moving from her register which creates a newly formed line of customers who do not know what is going on and waiting for 15+ mins before she or a fellow customer tells them the register is closed. So now all the people with large heavy building items are trying to move from one end of the store to the other end to get on the end of another line that customers buying smaller items are on (you can imagine the chaos and frustration). Honestly I was waiting for someone to get hurt. It took a long time before a manager even bothered to get involved and when she did, she was clueless as to what was going on and why. It was a long wait and a horrible experience.

This store has items that other stores don’t keep in stock. This store is often short on staff however the staff that is working there are excellent! Their polite, courteous and accommodating especially Alicia in Customer Service. I wish her the best during these uncertain times and if I could give her a raise I would so since I can’t perhaps her boss can if he reads the reviews!!

The associates the i spoke to was friendly and informative where the merchandise was located in the store and the self checkout associates expedited your stay on line in a fast manner. Kudos to them all.

The customer service is kind and helpful and are always looking for ways to help you! During this whole pandemic they have continued to be a staple for those in community that need it, from outside on the lines till you step into the store there is always someone seeking help the customers efficiently move through the store!

Overall, this is a decent store. Some of the employees actually care about what they do, but a number of them don’t have any knowledge of their jobs, don’t care. Some retraining and weeding out of the Few bad apples is required. If this is done, this store will then be one of the best, but until this happens, the few bad apples will continue to bring this store down. Manager Ricky really cares and has his hands full.

I was pleasantly surprised as today was the first time I visited this Home Depot store. The store was very clean and shelves were stocked. I was able to find everything I wanted with the exception of plant pots. More variety of pots are needed. More importantly the associates were very helpful. I received awesome assistance from the lawn and garden associate, wish I recorded his name. The store manager; his name begins with an S...wish I catch his full name, he was very helpful. He assisted me in finding the right umbrella base. Super super helpful and friendly. And the cashier Henry was super helpful, friendly and courteous. Walking up and down the isle everyone was friendly. Some of the other Home Depot associates could use some customer service lesson from this HD’s associates. I would definitely ship here again.

This store is the best Home Depot in Brooklyn hands down. It is very easy to shop and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable it is my favorite store at Gateway Mall, I cannot go to that mall without a stop there even if I don’t purchase anything sometimes I walk around and see what they have and then come home and see if I need it or not. Home Depot is my guilty pleasure.

Employees are rude and need to be coached on how to treat and greet customers.

I purchased a harness from here last year while working other job(s) and doing construction at a site 175 chrystie Ny, Ny. Was contacted by someone asking my experience at this home Depot store so far and it was okay for items needed that you should be able to get of such items; either Being laborer, contractor or further store developing agent, etc. Thanks you really do help inquiries.

How this store manages to stay open is beyond anyone. Associates are more interested in chatting with each other than helping the client. The store is a complete mess. Products that can be found are missing prices and UPC codes. I suppose most people will go there because they have no other option nearby. I will never return to this store. I will go further to another Home Depot or any other home improvement store. Top management from Atlanta should make surprise visits and truly gauge the extent of the issues that are evident at this store. Very, very disappointing.
