As a contractor who makes 2 or 3 trips to HD per week, this is by far the Best HD in the area. special orders are a breeze here, other locations I have had to make multiple trips to place an order because the right person wasn't there and then they were doing me a big favor by letting me spend my money. No issues with this location don't change anything

Wasn’t clean no one was willing to help me and the associates were disrespectful

Holly was awesome. Holly helped me on the phone before arriving at the store, physically checked stock to make sure my item was in fact on the shelf. She told me to ask for her when I got to the store. Holly went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and made sure I was treated professionally. I cannot say enough great things about Holly. She is an great asset to Home Depot.

The Home Depot store in Sterling Heights MI, met all. My expectations and I expected nothing less when I shop there. The store itself is run perfectly and the customer service is great! Also, the store is always perfectly clean!

I bought some wood for a project and needed it cut to size. The guy in the Lumber department did a great job. The young lady at the register understood exactly what I had even though it was in pieces. Usually I have to explain to someone when checking out. Best trip and service in years.

I come out of my way to shop at this location because the customer service is outstanding. The skillful employees go out of their way to assist you find what you are looking for.

The staff at #2740 Sterling Heights were friendly and helpful, but there were instances where their availability was limited, especially in the electronic and hardware departments. I encountered challenges finding specific items due to discrepancies between online inventory and in-store availability.

Great store to shop, friendly service and clean

I had to purchase parts for a linen Closet Door and of course had no idea where to find those parts. An employee named Hollie immediately greeted me (even though she was in the middle of a staff meeting), took me to the aisle and made sure I found what I needed. Then directed me to another aisle and connected me with someone else to help me find another item. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable concerning my needs.

The employees here are extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing one-stop-shop to get what you need.

I bought this chair last spring and it was delivered in a very timely manner. I also bought a shed 2 weeks ago which was delivered to the store and will be picked up on Monday. Products are of good quality.

Kaitlyn in the Hardware Department helped me find the correct KWITSET locks and deadbolts for my doors. She also took the time to explain how they worked and how one set would need to be rekeyed so that they all worked with a single key. When I went in to purchase them, she had them waiting and David the person who rekeyed the locks was equally as helpful, professional and customer focused. In short, Kaitlyn is a huge assess to your VanDyke/Metro Pwky Home Depot in Sterling Heights, MI.

Gina,was outstanding ,went out of her way to explain things to me ,find things for me and offer her service if I needed anything else. Wish we had more Gina's !!

We had a shockingly bad experience trying to purchase flooring at HD. From indifferent staff ignoring our shopping needs, to poor customer service...it's amazing how HD treats their customers... Now there is NO availability and no one seems to know when any new product will arrive.

Very good service and they have everything you need.

Some employees they don't know the meaning of customer care, they are very moody, and bad attitude.

Went shopping used the bathroom the employees didn't wash their hands and at check out I tried to ask the cashier at the garden section a question during checkout he was just yelling and being so rude. If you see the cashier Jeff on the name tag just walk out. Your order will be cheated and you will be yelled at when questioned for having one item scanned 3x.

There was a product in the plumbing area that was out of stock. I saw it way up in the boxes above. I went searching for an associate to help me & found Rick in Appliances. He could have called for a floor associate, but instead, he came to help me. He went up the ladder, got the product, we chatted nicely as he was opening the box & HE restocked that item. Kudos to Rick for helping me out!!!
