Employees at this store are always very helpful.

While I would recommend this store, I was absolutely irritated tonight with the isles in the lumber department staged with wagons and pallets of products that prevented me from getting to the racks of lumber and from pushing my wagon around the isles.

I needed to buy paint on Monday. Stacy was working that morning and she helped me. She knew about the entire product in her department. She quickly helped me with my selection and mixed my color to my satisfaction. Stacy was great.

Kathy i helped me a lot to find the last bench i really needed and when i got there she was waiting for me and showed me where it was and helped me load it on a cart and it was heavy. Very nice and helpful service.

Raina the tool rental girl was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This is the only Home Depot store I frequent because of the helpful staff.

Had occasion today to be assisted by cashier Shelly. She provided exemplary customer service. Stock records showed stock in store, but unable to locate. Shelly searched the entire aisle, every box, and not finding the product she checked another store and had that associate physically verify that stock was on hand. She then offered to ring up the product as a store pick up, thus avoiding looking for the item and waiting to check out. I had not shopped at Home Depot for several years, but Shelly will be the reason I will shop there in the future. GREAT JOB Shelly.
