Pretty good store – will start end employees which are more knowledgeable in the building trades would be great.

Paul in the Kitchen Dept. ALWAYS has great advice! Matt, Ned and Gudrun are all great Managers to deal with in any situation as is Steve in Lawn and Garden. All 4 are more than capable of being store managers if the opportunity arises and they so desire to move up. Ashley was funny and friendly when I checked out, super nice young lady and Nadine was helpful as she always is;) Steve in appliances helped me with 2 questions that I had. Amira, Jennifer and Angie are just amazing all the way around!!! Who could shop anywhere else?????>>>insert shrugged shoulders:)

I had placed an order online for some storage cabinets. When I came in to pick them up we found that they were not in stock. Brittney at the order desk helped me place an order at another store close to my house so I could pick them up on my way home. She was very helpful and courteous.

Great shopping experience

The clamps I needed were easy to find after a staff person told me exactly which aisle and shelf to find them. Store appeared to be well stocked and very clean.

STOP the theft as I'm truly offended as a paying customer. Don't let customers walk out with power tools! Since they can't touch the thieves, take their picture and have 2 employees or more follow them to their cars while the police are being called so you can take photos of their vehicle. But be careful as to questioning someone or saying something to them as we don't want to offend the thieves or make them feel "uncomfortable" as they might sue! LOL!!!!!! What has happened to this Country is absolutely awful, the thieves are almost protected???

Working on new kitchen design. Carol was absolutely fantastic! She was very patient with all of our questions and offered her insight if we were seeking guidance. Now we're just waiting for the cabinets to come in.

The employees at this Sterling Hts. store in Michigan are very helpful. They directed me where I needed to go. The cashier Elizabeth was very nice.

Great customer service

Rude employees! Rented a floor sander. Upon entering, I had to find the rental employee in his back office and asked him if he could wait on me! Never did he come out and say... I'll be right with you! Only one grade grit sand paper available. After paying for rental, he just walked away! Not even a "may I help you load that heavy sander in your car". I had to ask another employee to help me load it in my car. Upon returning the sander, I again "had" to asked" for help! After the rental employee help me place it on the ground behind my vehicle he just walked back into the store! I had to drag it back into the store! I should have left it in the parking lot where I unloaded it!

Associate Cheryl was exceptionally helpful in finding out a price of a particular grill I'm interested in purchasing. Since it is the end of season they had all the grills in a single area and some did not have price tags on them. Cheryl took her time and gathered the produce info and price; it wasn't her department but went above the call to help..

This store has an excellent variety of products, polite, kind and attentive employees. I want to register here Chanda's excellent service from the flooring department, who is always very attentive, friendly and efficient.

The stores website said they had a quantity 83 of a specific item. I could only find 1 and NOT in its location. An employee looked up for the same item, on his scanner it showed the had 86. I wasted my time and gas for 1 item at $ 0.90.

Robert in lumber, is amazing. Several customers know him by name and he always has a line of people that he is assisting.

Excellent service with the social distancing that was in place at the time. Very helpful and patient employees. I easily found what I needed as the correct aisle and area of the store was on their website when I checked to see if the items I wanted were in stock at the store.

Employees and customers were all considerate under the circumstances.

Usually well stocked and clean most of their folks know where stuff is at or know their product lines . As is chain wide they need more manned or unmanned registers seems these days only one or 2 manned registers are open and you have to wait in line for the self check outs. Love the order on line and pick up in store, If you know what you need, it saves all kinds of time and lets you get it that day.

This Home Depot is one of the best in the region as I've shopped at many. Employees like Amira (front end), Jennifer (contractor desk), Sandy (contractor desk), Steve-Allen-Rick (appliances), Paul-Carol-Steve (in Kitchen Design), Jim-Keith (Hardware), Marty-Courtney-Brad-Joann-John-Lisa (plumbing), Stacie-Bill-Shane (paint), Shelley-David-Lydia-Paula-Angela (returns), Management>Dax-Matt-Gudrun-Ned, etc...there are too many decent employees to list! I shop there all the time and have never had a bad experience. Amira will help anybody in any department, she is absolutely an amazing young lady!
