Me and wife just moved to Ct and Homedepot was our first stop and we met an employee named Keisha That made us feel so welcomed in the store and to the State thank you Keisha you made us feel welcomed here to state of CT God bless you and your staff The Home Depot will always be our Home.

Really like the store on site help right there Awesome job too bad they do not have the bell like the Fairfield Ct store to ring the bell if all went well I ring that bell everytime I go there and would ring it for the 1 in Stratford too. Thanks guys and they put the deep freezer in the van for me too. thanks

We have been going to the Stratford store for over 17 years and find the staff very attentive and helpful. We always enjoy our "outings " at this store.

I wanted some advise for flooring and an employee named Nazir was extremely helpful and I am glad I stopped at the store and got great advise from Nazir. He was caring and listened to what I was asking and his advise was even better than what I was planning to do and he was able to show me better material with the same price for my project . By doing so he made me trust Home depot and I won’t go anywhere else for future projects . I am glad I can put a word here to thank Nazir in flooring .

This store has great customer service. The store itself wasn't spotless but it is well kept. The associates were awesome at assisting me. Highly recommended to my friends and collogues.

Keisha's exceptional customer service and understanding of the store helped to make my visit a tremendous one. After a long day at work especially though the festive season I had a short amount of time and patience to aquire what I went looking for. I met Kesisha in one of the aisle and thats where her bright presence took over and made sure that my visit would be one to remember.

We remodeled our condo recently, from LVP flooring & carpeting to all new appliances. Every single encounter with Mary Beth, Rich and Debbie were a pleasure. Nothing was too much to ask - they all went above and beyond excellent customer service. Even random questions of employees encountered in the store were all great experiences. IF you need anything from Home Depot - I strongly recommend this store and it's experienced employees!

We have renovated our new condo with the help of the Stratford Home Depot. It included newly installed Lifeproof luxury Vinyl Flooring, New fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Flooring was purchased with the help of Marybeth, and the appliances from her sister Debbie. Both did a great job and were helpful and friendly. Rich also helped with the install details.

The management of this store is much better than that at my local store in Milford. In particular, I recommend Miguel in lumber who is helpful and highly skilled.

I noticed a special for a battery operated light where you buy one and get one free. Looked like a good deal until I bought the first and the second did not show up free. In small print the second is not free until 2 weeks from today. I did not see that comment first. Why put the lights on display for sale now if you cant get the second for free until 2 more weeks Seems a little misleading.

I've been visiting this location for over ten years, and know many of the people who work there. they remember me and are very friendly

This has been my store since I moved to Connecticut in 2017, love all the help I receive from employees.

The manager John is very helpful and the store is well organized and clean.

As a local handyman, it is really convenient to have in my area. Frequently need to make trips and work lots of late hours so I can always get what I need when I need it.

Staff is great. Always helpful and gets me to what I need quickly.

It had exactly what I was looking for. Took me awhile to find because I couldn't find any associates to help me look for it.

The store was clean, stocked and organized. I began my shopping experience being greeted by a very friendly and professional rep. Kaja. Kaja was kind enough to hold my carriage while I looked for my lost cell phone. Addition to Kaja, Keisha also helped me looks for my cell phone - and even dialed it to see if it rang. I have not seen this level of service, friendliness and compassion in a very long time.
