great store location ..Always has what I am looking for and is very close to the new home we just purchased. Will be having a lot of upcoming projects to do and will definitely be coming here for all my home improvements needs.

Always finding what I need

I normally go to the store in Orange, CT. We happened to be in Stratford and stopped. I knew just where to go and had a good experience.

I would recommend to anyone the excellent service I received from Aida at the pro desk. She is extremely friendly and helpful. She takes the time to explain all your options. The store was very clean an all employees were friendly.

I visit Home Depot’s through most of the state and this is by far the worst store to go to. I will avoid it at all measures

I needed a new dishwasher and was looking at dishwasher base on my budget. I spoke to one of the associate that assisted me and help me pick a dishwasher that was base on my family daily activities that was perfect and i didn't mind going over budget because it served our needs. The associate was very friendly and patient and answer all of my questions.

Terrible wait times for service loading, cutting, ect, Employees and management think excuses are acceptable for poor performance.

Poor customer service, nasty attitude from employee Batina when asked for basic customer information I must of been interrupting her on her personal company time!

This store is great! Absolutely the best Customer service. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I have never had a bad experience here. Being a new homeowner it can be a bit stressful and everyone here made it a smooth transition. Helping and also asking me how my move is going. It really means alot to me... Thank you!!

The sale Cashier Keisha was extremely helpful as well a cheerful. I wish every cashier in every stores had her disposition.

Keisha was very pleasant when checking me out. She inquired about an app I was using and made the transaction very enjoyable. I wish more associates were this pleasant while checking out.

The store is clean and neat. I have observed attendants returning products to correct locations and stating out shelfs. Associates are both friendly and helpful; a steady improvement since the store first opened. I easily found most products I was looking for and when necessary, I was able to obtain assistance.

Home Depot, to be referred to as HD from hereon out, is a pleasure to shop at. HD has spacious isles and clean. It's open late on Sundays compared to other home improvement stores. The selection is very good I'm leary about storing wood inside as it tends to dry perhaps too quickly and crack. Store clerks, not many around when I go. Perhaps I usually know exactly what and where and don't need much assistance. The isles ate labeled which helps a lot.

The product line is EXCELLENT. I didn't realize HOME DEPOT could help me with a model railroad building project till I gave it a try. They sure can!! Thank you to all the associates and especially "Worlbee." Great store & service!

Monday December 16, 2019, entered the store in the early morning hours, was positive from the moment I entered, until I left. Employees, we're on floor to address my questions. I purchased a clearance item, even for less, made my day, was able to purchase additional item, because of clearance item, thanks to an employee in the tv cable section, by checking price ($). Store was clean, several employees on floor, asked if I needed help.

Excellent customer service.

This store is very good when it comes to customer service I'll definitely be shopping here again.
