This is close and convenient. I'M in there so much, it feels like a family affair. All of the people are great. Great customer service.

Very friendly atmosphere. Had no problem finding assistance with my questions and purchases.

Everytime I go to this store it makes me sad how the values of home depot are dragged on the floor. I worked at 0469 for over 8 years and know we live to a higher standard but this store disappoints. I would much rather drive the 40 minutes to Mesa and get good customer service where people actually say hi to you and the cashiers aren't on their personal cell phones when you ask for help. Guess the orange values aren't the same everywhere.

This location has the most professional and knowledgeable team ever. Very clean.

The associate in the plumbing department, Matthew, was very helpful. He helped us find the parts we needed to complete our irrigation system. The parts were well stocked and the store was organized.

I am a contractor at Home Depot all the time! Every so often I need a certain tool it’s extremely hard to fine! Matthew went above and beyond to help me this trip around. Customer service is extremely important to me! Matthew did an awesome job thank you!

This is my go to home improvement store. The associated are friendly and courteous, and they know their stuff when it comes to finding items I am looking for.

Poor customer services.

This particular store is extremely convenient. Easy freeway access and plenty of adequate parking for everyone. The store is exceptionally clean, well stocked, large - clear isles and the Staff is by far the most helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and kind that we've encountered in a long time. They seem to have a well dressed and stocked Improvement Center and a nice, clean store. A pleasure to deal with Staff that actually enjoy their work and the jobs they do.

Great store... Dawna in the garden area will make your shopping experience positive and worthwhile. If you cannot find something, ask her and she will go out of her way to help. Excellent employees!

I had delivery scheduled which did not happen. Yvonne at the service counter took care of the problem.

Sean and Kayla from tool rental were very helpful and very friendly! They were able to help me get the right tool to rent and help me get it safely into my vehicle with no issues.

Even this store hasn't the inventory that others store has the amazing employees help you to do a security tour finding the items you are looking for. From the entry door to the cashiers the interaction with the employees is amazing.

This store hasn't most items that I was looking for.

I have been helped alot by a blond guy named Randy he is always so very helpful and knowledgeable ..i have started to look specifically for him when ever I have questions.. He is amazing...

I really like shopping this store, because employees are friendly and always ask if I need help. There’s always enough registers open. I would highly recommend this Home Depot for all your building needs. I always find what I need.

In Kitchen/Bath Department I got assistance from Christine at Home Depot on 9969 W Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85037. She had good communication skills and interested in her job very much. She was attentive and had professional approach to customer needs. Because her excellent customer service it would be advisable to promote her to a managerial position too.

Patty was so patient while we were trying to take care of a problem with our credit. She smiled the whole time and explained what credit was trying to do. She gave us very helpful information to take care of our purchase. She was great! She is a great example of how customer service should work! Thanks to Patty

Employees are very helpful, and they honor competitive coupons.

Customer Service in the Rental dept from Supervisor Adam was very poor. He charged me for a rental equipment that we never took. Rental associate Brandon was very quick to charge my wife and not help her in the direction she wanted to go.

My family has been shopping at this store for a number of years now. Whenever there are good sales, the employees give us information about it so that we can avail of the opportunity to buy. The employees are mostly very knowledgeable with the products that they sell. If they are not sure of the correct answer, they get someone who is able to give us the accurate information.

The store was very organized and clean. The associates in lighting were awesome!! Ask for Paul.

As many times as we have been in the store the staff is always so helpful, unfortunately when we went to make a big purchase of appliances we really would have liked more assistance from the employee who them sold us the items.

John in the window department is top notch. He knows his products and has the customer's best interest in mind.

Cashiers are rude and store is messy and it’s hard to find stuff and no one obeys the 6 foot rule. Not fair to us contractors. Manager was rude too. I don’t like this location. Such bad quality.
