Employees didn't know the products. It was too hot inside the building and left quickly.

Great store among Home Depot chain. Must be ok to work at this one too as many of the employees have been there for years :)

Yes this store staff is one of the best in the Avondale Phoenix area.

My wife and I have very good experiences at this Home Depot. Our recent visit was no exception. We found near everything needed, and the one item we couldn't find was only because they didn't carry it. Although we didn't need help on this particular day, the associates we did see were very courteous and asked if he could help us find anything in particular. We like to use the checkout in the Garden Center. On this particular visit, the cashier, Samantha was an absolutely great store representative. Her bubbly personality was contagious. My wife and I were very impressed with her efficiency and enthusiasm.

I BOUGHT A STOVE 11 DAYS AGO AND IT WON'T ACTUALLY BE INSTALLED FOR ANOTHER 3 DAYS. YOUR ADMIN PEOPLE DROPPED THE BALL REPEATEDLY. I GOT A CALL FROM ONE OF THEM, THEY MENTIONED THE INSTALL COMPANY HADN'T BEEN PAID YET. I HAD TO TELL HER THAT HOME DEPOT WAS PAYING AND ASK HER IF SHE HAD READ THE FILE? HER RESPONSE WAS "OH, I GUESS NOT". TYPICAL!

Store area where we were was clean. Individual (Makayla) was OUTSTANDING. One of the most personable, energetic & pleasant individual that I have ever met at The Home Depot!

The staff at this Home Depot is outstanding. They take the time to explain things to you and show you where different products are located. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. By far the best Home Depot I have shopped at.

It's great store to go to whenever you're looking for something that you need for your home or for the holidays the staff is friendly as well and if there are any problems they make sure that you leave as a satisfied customer.

This Home Depot location is exemplary in the areas of customer service, interest in customers' needs, and in offering solutions to difficulties in home improvement and, in my case, crafting projects. I find the staff to be friendly and well-trained. I commend the management for their employee selection and customer service training. I declare this Home Depot location to be the BEST in the Phoenix metropolitan area!

I like that there are long-term employees who you can rely on for their knowledge and customer service. I always look for Enrique in the paint department and Gil in hardware to help me. I know I can trust their recommendations. One negative - It's the holiday season and the aisles are a little too crowded with display items which make maneuvering difficult and might be a fire code concern.

This is a GREAT STORE! Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and I have never had to wait in a line to check out! Store is clean and well organized. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

This is my go-to Home Depot store for home improvement equipment and supplies and crafting materials. The employees are very helpful, and there are enough people on the floor to find someone, unlike some other home improvement stores. Often employees stop to ask if I need help--as opposed to some other stores where they avoid even making eye contact..
