Even though there is a line because of the Covid19 the line moves quickly and orderly.

Dawna in the garden center is my favorite lady! She remembers my Aunt and I everytime I come in. She gives gardening advice and always puts a smile on everyone's faces. During the Covid-19 crisis, it was so good to see a familiar, loving face.

I've been going to this home Depot for 17 years since I bought my home 2 miles from the store an I've purchased products from painting to plumbing to wood and nuts bolts and tools and home Depot employees I've always given me good advice on d.i.y projects and I truly appreciate the help thank you.

Christine was absolutely fantastic today! She helped me with Black Iron Pipe and went way beyond the call of duty. She cut multiple pieces of pipe and the time she took, as well as her expertise with the cutting machine, was extremely valuable. While she was cutting, reeming, and threading, multiple customers came up to her and asked questions. She always had an answer and was very friendly. She is definitely a great representative of Home Depot and I will shop here from now on!

Worst customer service, don’t both asking Enrique for help he’ll ignore you or be rude.

Management is not supporting employees and customer service suffers greatly in wait time particularly in the paint department.

Each employee was attentive and voluntarily approached my party to offer assistance. When needed, it was given cheerfully with genuine smiles. This has been missing for a long time...

I have never felt so discriminated by a Home Depot associate like Joe in the paint department. I will not be returning to this location as long as Joe is an employee. No gay Hispanic should ever be treated the way I was. This is so disappointing, I hope that there isn't any other customers that went through the same experience with him.

I had tended to shy away from Home Depot in the past due to horrible customer service. However, I am absolutely amazed at the turnaround this store has taken when it comes to customer service. Every single employee has a smile on their face and genuinely seems to enjoy their job. They are readily available to help and are knowledgeable. He prices are fair and they have quality products. I am definitely a lifetime Home Depot shopper now.

EXCELLENT STORE THAT IS ALWAYS, CLEAN, WELL ORGANIZED AND HAS “SUPER WORKERS” to assist in needs . I’ve never had a run around and if worker did not know answer or were product was , they ask you to follow them and they get someone who can help you out and stay with you to learn themselves...I LIKE THAT AND IT TELLS ME THEY CARE AND WANT TO HELP YOU. VERY IMPORTANT...I’VE ALWAYS BEEN GREETED WITH A SMILE...again, tell everyone to keep it up...it’s important to me and that is why I always go to this store for all of my needs!

Store had a pallet of torn bags on the 50% off area, when i tried to purchase all but 2 bags as they were too torn to pick up, they would not apply the discount as they tried to imply that I was lying. The complete pallet with 13 bags had been moved from the regular shelf spot to the torn bags area and had a sign on top, even with all this 6 employees would not acknowledge the bags had been placed on the 50% area. Manager tried to say the bags were not fully processed to be sold at a discount, then offered to sell me only 5. I completely declined because not a single employee would validate that the pallet had been moved to this area for the torn bags to be sold at a discount. Made me and my family feel like we were trying to commit fraud, when I simply had decided to grab a deal. Cashier's actions by implying that I was lying and some of the bags were barely torn made the situation escalate. If you see ever see an out of the norm discount at this store, take a picture and proceed to checkout.

This Home Depot store has an excellent, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I would like to compliment the management on hiring experienced staff members.

I purchased over $70 in plants and one of them died within the first week. I had the receipt, container and Bonnie Plant identifier tag and a few dried up leaves. Abigayl (MOD) stated that I need to have the root of the plant in order to get a refund. I explained that the plant dried up and nothing was left of it. She refused to refund my card the $2.48. As a long time Home Depot customer and card holder; at the age of 65 years old and a retired police officer of 34 years, I am upset that I was made to feel like I was fraudulently trying to scam home Depot of $2.48.

This store has always been incredibly helpful when I've needed help. There are two specific examples of when I was needing help and your two associates went above and beyond. The garden associate gentleman helped me when I was having a weed problem after some heavy rains. This guy not only told me what to get, he helped me save money, and make my life easier by showing me ways to spray for weeds. Another time I needed to paint my garage because it's a new house. Absolutely no idea what I'm doing. The paint associate helped me figure out how much paint I would need, all the supplies I would need, and he helped me save money!! He answered all my questions and I really really really appreciate his help. This store is amazing and anytime I ask questions everyone is happy to help. Thank you guys!!!

Clean, well staffed, with friendly and professional employees Managers are exceptional along with the whole pro desk team! We love visiting this location even though we moved 40mi away!

Store reps at this location are consistently untrained, and floor management doesn't offer so much as an apology for their mistakes. Patronizing smiles aren't helpful when you're overcharging people left and right. Avoid self checkout.

Always fast and friendly. The most important reason I go to home Depot first over other stores is the floor people are knowledgeable and readily available to help.

Nuvia one of the employees in Appliances went above and beyond to help me. I purchased a suite of appliances in Phoenix for my second home in Nashville. She took care of everything, even when I messed up and ordered the wrong stove. She fixed it for me with a smile.

Everyone is always very helpful,especially in the paint dept!
