Great customer service and restrooms were very clean.

Although I was initially disappointed as a military veteran when I was informed by the manager they only grant veteran discounts once annually which is unlike its competitors, the manager of the store realized how this came across and issue the appropriate discount. A shame I had to ask for such special consideration. But at least the leadership team took the right action and satisfied my needs completely concerning a large ticket item. That I do appreciate. It ended up with a successful and satisfying purchase.

Great environment and friendly staff and customers

Tim in the Paint Department was absolutely wonderful in assisting me with the difficult task of precisely matching a BEHR solid-stain to a vinyl trim sample that I brought in. I was clearly concerned about it, and Tim confidently put these fears to rest! He confidently used my sample to produce an EXACT match! Even my decking-contractor was impressed! Tim was delightful, genuinely friendly and helpful! Please give him a raise!

Lord help you if Katina is working the register when you check out. I was purchasing two small plants in the garden section which is where I checked out. She was leaning with arms folded on the register and never moved nor greeted me. After I placed my two plants on the counter, the only words she could muster up was the total. I bagged my first plant which should have been a hint for her to do the same with the second....but no. So after bagging my second plant myself, I simply said Thanks for your help. She actually had the gall to say You're Welcome. For real?????? So I just looked at her and told her I was being facetious....she didn't have a clue. Too many people out of work these days for employers to accept this sluggish work ethic. I should have complained to a manager right then but needed to be on my way so an online review it is. I will still shop at this location because it is so convenient.

Outside and inside store was really clean sales associate read me within 5 feet of entering the store and called other associate to help me get the items I needed and help me to the cash register and carry the items for me I was not the only one that was being held by associates I saw other associates helping other customers in different isles and showing them different merchandise that they needed for their project and what best suited them for it.

Store was cluttered. Low stock in the ceiling fan/light department. No sales help on the floor. Got product home and it was broken. This is about the 5th time since the first of the year that I have gotten a product home only to find it broken. Disappointed to say the least

I usually depend on the product to be in the proper area with the proper label,not so today I didn't even look at receipt until doing my bookwork this evening,realized I had been billed for 2-10ft boards but got 8 ft.

This Home Depot was very clean and the employees were very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Everything we wanted was in stock.

Store was well stock,restroom were super clean and all employees were wearing mask felt real safe.

I was assisted by Davon ( a black sales consultant in Flooring Dept.) and he took out time to help me pick out the the best replacement Grout for my back splash soon to be installed by Romano Remodeling company. He was kind, polite and very knowledgeable about different types of materials needed to complete and guarantee long lasting result. I would give him 100% rating for customer service. Great Job!

Store is alway clean and employees always provide great customer service.

The lack of mask wearing at this location was upsetting by customers. 10+ Without in a 25 minute visit. Spoke to an associate and was told there is nothing we can do. Clearly this is not a priority by the leadership of this location as there is a greeter at the door who could choose to have the uncomfortable conversation with those choosing not to look out for their fellow person and follow current requirements. Leadership could empower their employees as well as drive home the importance of these policies. It should be noted the employee I spoke to had a mask on, although it was well below their nose the entire time.

The level of customer service at this location has greatly improved over the last several years. I’ve never had to roam the floor to find someone who could assist me.

I have lived in chesterfield for a long time. I have always shopped at home deport for my house and yard needs.
