Store clean and easy to find most items

Great employees and management.

The store was clean but the customer service at the return center needs improvement and a mgr needs to be available for customer assistance.

How is it one can go to a home improvement store, and the cashier doesn't know what a "window insulation kit" is ... I asked in these terms where it was located, and got directed to the wrong place twice by this person. Associates see you walking around looking lost, and don't bother to help you. You almost have to run them down. The only saving grace was the kindly older gentleman that I finally found that knew what I was talking about. Never coming here again.

We received help from an excellent employee while in this Home Depot. We shop this store often and will continue to do so. We have tried other stores, but the customer service at this location keeps us coming back!

The employees are horribly uncaring and no checkout lines are available! I just bought two ceiling fans and as I was trying to get them off the shelves, I had three (three!!!) employees ask me to move so they could get by with pallets of Christmas stuff. Not one offered to help; not even to help me lift it off the shelf, much less do anything beyond that to deliver great customer service. I carry them to the front only to find that there are no lines available and several people waiting in line to use the self-checkout. I stood there waiting to check myself out (again, great customer service!); several employees looked at me holding the two large boxes, including the self-checkout person, but not a single one offered any help at all. If I set them in the floor, they would be blocking isles, which are already very cluttered in this store. Social distancing is impossible because of all of the stock waiting to be put away and product displays in the isles. The one constant in this store is it ALWAYS is an unpleasant experience!!!

They're always ready to assist. Customer Service, is excellent. Coriana assisted me. I was very pleased. All the Customer Service Sales and Store Floor Persons are simply wonderful, kind and respectful. Home Depot employees are greatly appreciated for the base of knowledge to help.

The only good thing about this store is Davone. I honestly don't understand how the associate Stuart, in the flooring department in case there are two, can ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to assist....do his job...and be employed. He is extremely rude and needs to be retrained. The store was clean though.

Why have a mask required rule but not enforce it? 4 people walked in front of me without a mask on and then as soon as I counted more than 12 people not wearing masks, I left the store. I will no longer patron this store because they obliviously do not care about their employees or other customers.

Kristin in appliances is excellent! She is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, patient and always pleasant! She went through several refrigerator options with me, very time consuming, she never acted frustrated or impatient as I made my decision. So pleasant to work with!

The was clean; all personnel wearing masks, and helpful with questions I had about location of sertain products. The cashier, Jamie, was exceptionally helpful with the checking out process, and informing me of benefits of a Home Depot credit account.

Do not expect the cashiers to be properly wearing masks or social distancing. The store was clean. The inventory was low (the trash cans that were on the webpage and said were at the store were not at the store). Employees were pleasant, but cashiers engaged in conversation together at the checkout, unmasked, and not respecting a customer's space. Enough reason for us not to return.

The salesperson who took my order did not enter it correctly and another person had to call and reenter everything. At that point, he never told me that I would waste an entire day waiting for the measurement people to come.

Bought a new a/c for the house and when it came it was a used a/c in the box that somebody brought back. Be careful check your boxes.

Jasmine is a very rude cashier and was permitted to check customers out not wearing her mask. She had it hanging around her neck.

Richard & Dana awesome employees. They both approached me and helped me accurately and they were very professional and of course friendly . they surely know their job very well. I don't have no complaints. Thank you both for making my shopping experience very happy . I will come back for any other projects soon.

Great staff, good prices and good selection!

MULTIPLE employees were NOT wearing masks. Amid COVID-19 this is unacceptable and unsafe. Two employees also invaded my personal space for their own convenience. I will not be returning to this store.

We had a great experience ordering blinds for our new home. Home Depot employee Davon in the Blinds/Decor department was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. He made our shopping experience go smoothly and stress-free.

Very unprofessional. Lack of customer service is appalling. Store condition looked like a warehouse. Lack of distancing during Covid pandemic is scary.

STORE WAS CLEAN EVEN WITH ALL THE TRAFFIC IN STORE. THE OUTDOOR LIVING SECTIONS ALWAYS HAVE DEALS.

Had an excellent customer service experience and it is a great team environment. All associates I came in contact with were extremely helpful and pleasant.

My visit to this store was a great experience due to the outstanding customer service I received from the employee named Deshawn!! He actually came to me to ask if I needed any help..He stayed to help me find and load everything for my project! They don't make them like him anymore! Thank You Home depot!

The store are clean,products are easy to find and staff are approachable and friendly.

The store was clean, products are not easy to find . Most of the employees are nice, it's that one or two bad apples that show up.

The staff in the outdoor plant department was warm and friendly and very helpful. Even during this time of social distancing I could tell that their were smiles behind the masks and that I was valued and appreciated as a customer. I also felt safe shopping at Home Depot as they were limiting the number of customers in the store, and the staff was equipped with gloves and masks. There were also shields between the cash register operator and the customer. The plant selection was great. Everything on the floor looked healthy and well taken care of. I have planted what I purchased at Home Depot and so far everything is thriving.

In the time of COVID19 where safety of community and employees must take priority over shopper convenience, I was impressed that the woman working the exit today was maintaining policy. She is the only employee I have seen, at any store in my area, over the last month to put safety over customer satisfaction. I wish every store would limit shoppers like Home Depot did today. I do not usually shop this store but knowing they care about the safety of their employees and the public has given me pause to revisit my choice.

Everybody here is always to friendly and very attentive. Keep up the great work because every bit of servitude is appreciated and will always be rewarding. Me being in the service industry I understand the importance of happy customers and when it comes naturally there is a much more authentic interaction with each customer. Thank you everyone at Home Depot! Y'all are doing such a great job!
