If your coming to this store stop in appliances, anthony montes in appliances is always so helpful and always makes sure to help me with any and all my needs. He always goes above and beyond for me everytime I see him. Will definitely be back

I had a team member help me out which I thought was going to take much longer and definitely didn't I was in and out in a matter of minutes

Just went into home depot at 8:30pm (who doesnt hat that?). I received excllent advice and service. AL even offered to cut my lumber to save me time at that late hour. Even the russian judge gave hime a 10!

Upon checking out, the cashier went out of her way to help me!

I normally go to your competitor. But this week I have been going to this particular store. I moved from this side of town but I drive out of my way to go to the store for the Customer Service. Today I got above and beyond customer service from Bruce he was a class act and step-by-step he walked us through how to use the product and install it. A level of customer service that you do not see these days.

I waited and waited but no one showed up in electrical to help me.

I have probably shopped at 15 or more Home Depot‘s in Arizona and California, over my mini years. But store number 0458 in Tempe Arizona is the best. The people there are always friendly and very helpful. I sometimes go in with just an idea about what want, and come out with a clear solution, and the tools work equipment I need to complete my projects…. All because of the employees I work with giving me the ideas and tools that I needI’m not a contractor… just a homeowner who is always finding improvements to do. All because the employees Are so committed to coming up with me the solutions and tools that I’ll need. 6 stars deserved!

My Rheem water heater died after 5 years. The limited warranty was for 100% of parts (the labor warranty was for only 2 years). Rheem confirmed over the phone and by e-mail that Home Depot should credit me the original price I paid. But Home Depot refused to honor that promise even though I had the original receipt. Home Depot gave me an arbitrarily pro- rated price based on the model number. I received store credit for $100 less than what Rheem promised me.

I asked Jill in lawn and garden for help today and she was by far the most knowledgeable employee I’ve ever encountered. She answered my questions and gave me fantastic product recommendations!

This store is reliable. I am greeted when coming in, staff ask if they can help, and they know their product (such as Chris in Paints). And Beth seems to be very focused on helping. Well done!

Store is great for home decor, but not convenient for builders. Lumber in the back to the side. Good luck navigating outta there! No trailer parking.

Ill be skipping this store from now on because everyone's amazing service

I went in looking for an item. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly employee. The manager took the time to help me find my item and explained my different options. Would recommend this location to all friends and family.

I was directed to the right soil and bagged rock, in the garden department by a helpful employee. A strong fellow loaded my heavy purchases into my vehicle.

Jon was the best associate to help me and take the time to answer all my various needs in different departments. The man just didn't point out where, he actually took me to 3 different areas- THANK YOU JON

Betty helped me find everything I needed, and everything was in stock and easy to find!

The store was stocked, clean and ready for customers. The staff was excellent in asking if I needed assistance. Several employees approached me to offer help. The paint dept person was friendly and knowledgeable. Steve Avila approached me in an aisle offering help. Later when I saw him in the garden dept, watering in this sweltering humidity and heat, I approached him with a question. He not only gave me a tip on how to eliminate my hose from freezing up and locking into the sprinkler, he went inside and got me a bottle of CLR telling me to try using it to keep the alkalinity from building up on the hose threads and also to keep the build up from clogging the sprinklers. Very good advice and a kind man to walk inside and bring out the item. He went further asking if I needed help getting my basket full of stuff into the car! Kudos to this Home Depot for going above and beyond!

the store was clean & all departments wereeasy to find the associates where friendly and helpful I found some of the flooring samples I had identified on-line as available , but one - or 2- were missing. also, unfortunately it turned out that the one specific associate i dealt with in placing my order seemed to lack proper training in invoicing & ultimately i had to cancel my order because of errors. however it was also my mistake to not carefully check the invoice before I left the store...

Great customer service

If you have a painting project, don't start it without asking for Chris, in the paint department. He truly goes above and beyond in helping his customers. I had a color sample to match to purchase Behr's brick paint. No matter how hard he tried, the computer generated color match was too light for me to use. I came back the next day with a better color sample and Chris once again tried to match it. He didn't give up and he came up with a better Behr's paint for me to use and matched perfectly. Thank you Chris for all your hard work.

Top-notch friendly employees work at this store. I found everything I was looking for during my visit today. Thanks again!

WOW!! This store is amazing, Mr Hunter from Lumber Department had an excellent coustomer service. He superseded my expectación today on Friday, March 19/2021. Amazing man Mr Hunter and exceptional coustomer service by him. Thank you Home Depot! for having people like Mr. Hunter who makes this world a better place to live :).

I used to love this store and now I have been more frustrated than ever. The cashiers get mad and frustrated at me for trying to use Samsung Pay which I use everywhere and do not have any issues as I do here at Home Depot.

The store was neat and clean with friendly associates eager to assist. We were able to find everything we were shopping for. I asked the check out lady Betty if I was eligible for a military discount ,I produced my ID and she thanked me for my service with smile.
