If you are working on a project and not exactly sure if your getting the materials you need, this store not only can, but will help you. The level of customer service here is outstanding. Everyone is approachable. If they don't know the answer to a question ( and I tend to have a few), they can find someone who can. Home projects are stressful enough. Having someone validate and help you avoid doing it wrong, is great !!

As I struggled with a solution to a small home project Brian came to my rescue. I am so grateful, as even though Home Depot is considered a "big box" store, today it felt like my own corner hardware store. Great customer service and support from Brian made it that way. Thank you!

Very nice, helpful employees with great personalities at this store. Whoever is doing the hiring is doing a great job.

The store manager made a horrible decision to make masks mandatory in his store, the enforcers are rude, loud and embarrassing.

Ignored by employees other than to be chased down for not wearing a mask. I was outside in the garden area, staying away from people.

Excellent experience. Supremely satisfied with the help we received from Jill in gardening as she made is feel comfortable and even taught us more about what we were looking at. You will always have a good experience with her and this store.

The best thing about Home Depot is the customer service!!!! I have always been greeted by HD employees with a smile and "is there any thing we can help you find?" Not just when I walk in the store but every time I encounter an employee throughout the store. All HD employees are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend HD and this store in particular (#0458). I have been going to this store since 1995. I drive right past "other" hardware stores to get to this HD store. All HD store are well organized, clean and brightly lit.

This is a great store with everything at your fingertips and fantastic employees willing to help you!

Clean and easy to shop but avoid Brian the manager on duty, not very friendly and clearly over his head to be running a store.

Probably my favorite Home Depot. They generally carry a better variety of the things I have needed. Sales associates are friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable.

I go to a lot of different Home Depots but last night I was closest to this one and WOW I was blown away by the customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff and the things I needed were in stock and easy to find. Add help out to my car and boom— this is now my new favorite!

I rarely write reviews, however, I had stellar service at this store from a young man named Angel. His name fits him! He went above and beyond helping me find the items I needed. He is very knowledgable on products carried at Home Depot. He is an asset to this store.

Even though this is not the The Home Depot which is closest to my home, I shopped there. They have a much better selection of floor tiles in stock and the personnel are way more helpful.

Clean, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professionals. Love this store. I found what I needed, weed eater, and an Associate taught me to use it.

They were super willing to help the school I teach at by donating paint for the mural we will be painting in our school yard. The operations Manager was super nice and helpful, the other reps at the customer service desk were helpful and Austin, the guy in the paint dept was very polite and helpful. He was taking care of multiple custom paint orders simultaneously, including mine and was 100% considerate the whole time.

Manisha was excellent to help with a Home Depot Merchandise Credit card at check out which was my husband's. My husband and I were not aware the merchandise credit was only available to him, yet Manisha helped by scanning my photo ID and our home address was the same.

From the moment I walked up, I had an excellent experience here. Hali in gardening was informative, friendly, helpful and fast. She found everything I needed and made some great suggestions for items I wouldn't have thought to get. Best Home Depot experience yet. Ask for her at this store!!

Management does a great job at this store. They hire workers such as Bruce, to help customers with their needs. Bruce always has a smile and will not give up until your needs are met. He is an excellent worker representation for Home Depot. My wife and I look for him to always help us with our projects and special situations. His suggestions have always been very useful.

The store is convenient. As a senior I appreciate the customer service and it's the best place to find all I need for gardening. A great place to spend time just looking around.

Your sales person was excellent, BUT your delivery service S U C K S!
