Everyone that helped was super awesome that I had to get almost their names! This is by far the best Home Depot store I have ever been to! I use this store for everything because all the employees are always super helpful. Super extra thanks a million to OLIVIA AND LILA. Olivia always goes out of her way and keeps a smile on her face! Lila was amazingly helpful! Cant forget Mike, Bobby, Chris, Tina, Hank and Mary! ❤️

The store performance was fine but the contactor was not after six weeks of waiting they backed out of the job because the said floor was unstable not safe

Made raised garden beds and the price to make them beats the ones you order online

Had to wait way to long to get a tool that was locked up

I drove 45 min to this store to buy a shark air purifier and a nail palm driver that was showing to be at this store. And when I got there myself and two employees could not find anywhere in store. Frustrating....

Made the mistake of allowing them to take charge of some floor replacement in our new home...big mistake.

When is the Texarkana Home Depot going to improve their customer service? We are loyal customers that chose to use Home Depot instead of other competitors as our main place to purchase for our small business. On many occasions, we have had no help or very rude customer service. As a woman, I have had to stack and unstack my own plywood while employees walked by. Then load it in my truck by myself. Today I asked for help getting something of the top shelf. When I asked, I was pointed to the counter where help could be found. I waited and no one ever showed. I ended up moving a 5 gallon bucket and climbing on the shelves in order to get what I needed. Luckily there was another customer close by to lend a helping hand. This is not ok.

I enjoy being able to find most items. Lumber is easier than other places. Clean. An issue here and elsewhere is a lot of staff are not willing to learn items or their departments. If they can't find it on their phone most times you are unable to get a solution. " Hardware store " employees used to be able to tell you solutions for almost anything. Unfortunately not today.

As far as I'm concern, Home Depot has the best help there. If you need wood, go to the service desk and asked for Tina Lynn. Throughout the store you can always find hep!

This employee exhibits superior customer service. He goes above and beyond to help customers.

Waited for them to bring out a pallet I paid for for over 30 mins to have it never show up and just got a refund instead and didn’t get a sorry or anything

I bought some lumber and could not load it by myself. The floor associate was kind enough to load my lumber

Went to get fire. Wood! Had 264 pieces in stock but asked if I could go elsewhere due to they had it put in back on top shelf & laughing @ the fact in a huddle that I asked if they had any after finding it on line

Great products great prices I especially like the ryobi line of 18 volt tools.

All purchases have been as expected. No complaints.

Needed a 24ft ladder to hang wreaths. Assisted by Phillip Love from start to finish. He was product knowledgeable, safety minded, patient and did it all with a smile....even in other departments. Wish he could be a personal helper at HD.

The store just doesn’t feel as friendly. The lack of checkers makes it feel abandon. It’s hard to find help. Buyers should never have to load and unload the things they buy.

We just bought all the stuff from start to finish for out new fire pit and sometimes it was a struggle getting something delivered but we got thru it and we are very happy to say that we are on the last day of finishing up and we ordered a cusihion keeper and the cushions from Home Depot and love them, our project will be so well used and enjoyed.
