The store was clean and had employees to help with any questions. Was not our time there, but is usually where we choose to go instead of the other one in town. Always pleased. Do not always have what we go after, but have been able to order and get in a short time. Highly recommend the store.

When I go to other stores that I can't find what I need I go to Home Depot their employees are a lot nicer and willing to help find whatever you need more than other stores as well as they usually have everything I'm looking for in stock it's always clean in the store does you usually no waiting line at the cashier stand and Misty was very very nice to me and offered me the warranty that I can pay for for extra warranty other than the manufacturer warranty and she thanked me for my business and told me to come back I will be back so Home Depot or anything I need from this day forward before I go to any other store I want to thank Home Depot in the employees for the business they gave me on my visit

This store is always so neat and clean. Associates are friendly and helpful and make the shopping experience so pleasant.

Compliments to the Lawn and Garden center Texarkana Home Depot for their, kind assistance and patience as I shopped there this week on my annual flower shopping trip. Also, check out their Geranium hanging baskets. They are spectacular!

One of the cleanest stores I've been in not to mention the customer service that goes above and beyond anything a builder could ask for these guys are very knowledgeable about products and their kindness surpasses any other Home Improvement store kudos to Home Depot Texarkana

I ordered replacement kitchen cabinets. my sales person was Dedra Jones. She did an amazing job. Very professional, knowledgeable and patient with me as I made my selections and changes. Store was not able to provide an oversize laminated custom island countertop, nor did they have the ability to order standard size counter tops in the formica color I wanted. I still have to figure out that part of my remodeling job. Only give 4 star since I have to find another solution to my countertops.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Product knowledge was excellent. Facility was well kept.

The store is well organized and easy to find what you need, and if you can't find it there are plenty of associates willing to help. If you need help with kitchen renovations I suggest you see Dedra, she is very helpful and know how to make the process painless

Tyler, my sales associate was wonderful. My husband and I purchased some wood for our cabinet and had a piece cut from it. We didn’t need the rest, so we told Tyler to scrap it. We got home only to find the that measurements were wrong (our fault). I went back to the store much later, receipt in hand, found Tyler and he graciously found our piece of wood and cut us another piece. I was so relieved that Tyler was still there because he was already familiar with us, and that the wood we told him to scrap hadn’t been scrapped yet. Thanks Tyler, and Home Depot!

I love this store and love the people. Rachael Green helped us concerning some defected merchandise and she made it right. Her attitude was great and very helpful and friendly. Stores need more people like her for sure.

yes the store was clean can you hire more employees i had to go up and down isles to fine someone to help i had question about locating items.

We have always visited The Home Depot in Texarkana, but we had never applied for credit, nor have we received the kind of customer service we encountered today! We had the absolute best salesperson in the store, to assist us. His name was Daniel and he went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything about our purchase! He never rushed, he ask questions, just the ideal perfect employee. Kudos to Daniel!

Highly recommend the Home Depot Texarkana store. Sales associates are friendly, knowledgable and readily available to assist customers. Rarely will associates take time to assist customers or even answer questions at a competitor's store.
