Just a great trip to the store today, I found the item I was looking for and she mentioned that it game in a kit vice purchasing the tool and battery separately

It is a well-known fact that Home Depot and Popeye's Chicken in Texarkana are in the pits when it comes to customer service. An employee may walk past you multiple times without saying "hello." And they NEVER ask can they help you.

It was a holiday weekend and no one wanted to be there

We’re kinda of disappointed because my heater quit the next day after I bought it. Water were all over parts of my house

The loaders (outside help) have a hot heavy and often thankless job. I was amazed at the help I received last night and today from Roshod Harris and Jordan Dell. Last night Roshod loaded 50 bags of mulch and compost before loaded sod for us. He did not skip a beat and was friendly and very willing to help. Today was no different. I had no problem getting help. They were ready to go!

The cashier. Shavaundrea was very rude and refused my military discount until I had to get upset with her. She is not a good customer service advocate and needs to not represent Home Depot.

Her name is Nikki. I was looking to start a garden in a duplex. After running into. A couple employees that just pointed the direction…. I found Nikki and after saying the same thing over again. “Im new to gardening and want to have a successful garden outside my duplex.” Her response “do you know what you wanna grow? Ok let’s figure it out.” She was so patient with me and my child and gave me everything I needed from start to finish and gave me more ideas on when I move to bigger place grow.

The people in pro services are always very helpful. never have any problems with help loading

It is so very easy to shop online and go to the store and pick up your order. It is always there and always correct.

Everyone was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Ok specifically zeyra our cashier was extremely helpful and patient with us.

I have used Black & Decker before, and so happy to get another Black & Decker Trimmer that was available in the Texarkana, Texas store.

They had what I needed.

Most of the time a 5star. Customer service needs to be re trained!

Don’t expect any assistance in loading in the store or at the loading dock. Associates won’t speak, offer assistance, or make eye contact for fear of being asked to do something! One guy stayed on his cell phone the entire time we were loading. Perhaps the store manager needs to be trained in customer service and expect the same of the associates. Customers like us are the reason they get paychecks!

The price of wood is ridiculous but the fact that we stood in 100+ heat for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to load the crummy looking wood on to our truck is completely unacceptable. While one worker stood around with his forklift doing nothing. He was too lazy to load us so we had to wait for others to come with another lift to help us. I could add a photo of the worker standing around doing nothing after he finished stocking some iron and pipes but I won’t.
