From the moment I entered the store, an associate asked if I needed help, then directed me to the Appliance Dept. The store is always very clean, and seems very organized. A good experience for me. Found exactly what I needed.

The garden associates are so amazing and the cashiers are very friendly!

I have been to Home Depot stores in several locations, and the store located at Grant in Thornton has the best customer service by far:)

Has the parts but way too much blocking nearly all aisles. We are trying to socially distance and yet we have to scrunch around displays in many aisles. Get rid of all the stuff blocking your aisles and allow us to shop safely

Just wanted to say that I had a great experience chatting with the Sales Cashier Marsha at this store!! She was fun and super kind and made me smile. : )

Excited to praise an employee for her professional and kind assistance today as she perfectly cut three window blinds for me. Thank you, HD for employing this “gold standard” lady. Yes, $244.47 joyfully spent.

Outstanding customer service. From the initial phone call, since I live out-of-state and was trying to locate a certain quantity of a product, I was treated respectfully and efficiently. They not only secured the number of products I needed but went out of their way to mail the products to me. Very helpful and kind of them. Greatly appreciated.

The customer service desk is amazing and the paint guy is the man but pro desk associates are rude and not helpful at all

Lumber department staff was not interested in helping with a very simple problem. Disappointing and frustrating.

Store was clean and employees were easy to find when we needed assistance and more than willing to help. They walked me to the area of the store I was looking for, not just pointing at a sign.

This store continually has issues with their inventory management as well as their managing staff. If the website or an EMPLOYEE says there is something in stock, DO NOT believe this until you see it in person. I purchased in-store/in-stock carpet from this store that was going to be available for pickup the following day. When my contractor arrived to pick up the carpet he was told there was a mistake and they don't have any of that carpet. The sales rep offered a free upgrade to my contractor to a carpet that was in-stock and told him to drive back and pick it up. When he was on his way, they called and said just kidding the manager declined the upgrade (negligible price increase) and sent my contractor to a store over 5 miles in the wrong direction to pick up the carpet that we had originally settled on as our original choice was also a lie about it being in stock. Management at this store is complete trash, avoid it.

The store is clean and very well organized. The Associates are very nice and helpful when you need help. Home depot is my favorite place to shop for things i need.

The store has a few very outstanding employees that make shopping there a pleasure. One is Ron Bauerkemper in the appliance department. Ron is one of those guys you wish were in every department. He is knowledgeable of his products. He knows how his products stack up against each other (ratings) and he knows lead times for items that need to be ordered. My wife and I had a very good conversation as we are considering which microwave we want in our remodeled kitchen. Because of Ron we are upgrading our choice to what we believe will be a superior product.

Waited 45 minutes for floor planking to be brought to the sales floor after asking the store manager for assistance. The girls working were helping 1 person with flooring. 1 of them could have assisted me. The girl in paints was awesome thou. Very helpful and polite. I waited 45 minutes for assistance this morning and came back to get the stuff needed to do my floor. People do not have 2 hours to waste in a store when they have what you need in stock. Store manager was no help. Will go to a different location even though this one is close to my house.

They suck so bad it hurts me to even post a review. Don't go there if your old and afraid of the virus. They don't care.

Its close to me and so,I shop there but do not recommend,them to put in windows or anything like that. Not a good experience and still finding things wrong after 3 yrs later. I only shop there for everyday stuff or gardening. Will never have their other services.

The store and visiting is always a pleasant experience. Ordering anything online beware. I ordered an in stock large appliance, it has been 2 months and no appliance. After over a dozen calls they have yet to refund my purchase which was canceled by the appliance vendor because apparently the systems are not connected. I'd recommend any other home improvement store at this point and we will be doing our family's remodel projects somewhere else.

Excellent customer service at the prodesk, the only negative comment I have from the desk is the supervisor I think her name is Sandra every time I go she is not a team player she doesnt help with them with the long lines. Hope they can get better help

While at the store, making a necessary purchase, their system would not accept a Home Depot gift card on the assisted checkout registers, but would accept it on the self-check out. Without anyone saying anything about the situation until after we waited quite a long time in the regular checkout line, and only after the cashier rang up the entire order, were we told we would have to go to the end of the long line of the self check out lines, and start over again, to be able to pay with the gift card. The cashier, Marsha, did her best to try to help, but the person who appeared to be the "front end manager", Page/Paige, was extremely unhelpful and uncaring about the problem, and was, in fact, quite rude. We understand that during this time everyone is a little stressed out, but that does not call for being rude to customers.

I have noticed that a reorganization of the Thornton Store has been under way which needed to be done. Looking good now ! Just requires getting used to locating what I want to buy but the employees always help.

Employees don't seem to care about customers. They are not friendly and not helpful.

Great service and friendly associates that are willing to take the time to answer questions even when very busy. I have had only great service at this store.

I have been shopping at this particular store for close to 20 years. The selection of products has always been great with a lot of different brands and prices. The store staff has always been friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable in their departments and the customer service reps have always been courteous, polite, friendly, and helpful. I always enjoy coming to this store, I typically find what I am looking for and in the rare instances that what I want is not stocked the staff have been able to help me come up with an appropriate substitute without any 'high pressure' sales pitches. I have come to appreciate and trust their input and opinions.
