My regular home depot, easy to navigate and friendly staffs, always find someone to help at this location, paint dept and tools rental dept are best 2 dept I always got helps.

Great store. All the employees and cashiers are knowledgeable and seem happy to work there. Elizabeth was great to work with, she registered my purchases with a great smile.

Usually have what I want - but sometimes it's hard to find. Some employees are more willing than others to help, so if you get that "uh, I don't know" from the first employee you talk to, ask another. Have to say though, that if you, like me, don't like the self-serve check out registers, see if you can find the cashier line that Margie is operating. She is great! Fast, efficient, and friendly - all at the same time.

Experience..... i had a return. Cashier was so rude, she express in her actions how much she hates her job. She is taking it out on the customer, because I had a return. I expressed to her that she should ask the customer it the return was a cash or credit before she barked the hard ship of Home depot, with no cash on hand for the return if it was cash. She argued with me about their store problems in not having cash to do return. She would have to give me a store credit. my return was a credit card return... waste of a sob store.

I live in downtown but come to Thornton to work out. I always prefer to stop at this tire on the way home. The employees are generally friendlier than closer stores and they definitely have a better track record when it comes to stocking items.

This is my home store...I shop here all the time. I can always always always find a friendly employee to help me if I need. Great customer service!!

The employees at this store are first rate. However, management seems to underestimate the need for the common lay person to speak with another human being. I found that only self check out lanes were open, so all the questions I had upon checking out, could not be answered at that time. Thankfully I went and found an employee who walked me through all the tools and supplies I would need for my project.

Unfortunately the store management seems to have forgotten that the "Customer" should be his primary focus. If a customer has a legitimate concern that cannot be resolved by regular cashiers, try not to take 23 minutes to get up front to address the customers concern...and try to act as if you are genuinely concerned with what the customer is saying when you do finally show up. That type of apathy has a way of infecting a culture of a workplace or business

This store is my go to store ,Lynda was beyond helpful she made sure I got what I wanted and did so with high level of professional courtesy. On the busiest day she remained cognizant of my needs and made me feel adequately satisfied with my exchange and didn't have a negative attitude twords me for doing what she was trained to do very nice and welcoming.

the store was clean and products were easy to find. The associates at the paint desk were friendly and helpful.

Totally outstanding in customer service and products.

We have been shopping this store for over 5 years. We visited the store on Friday January 11th and initially had our first really bad experience with an employee. We were in the sheetrock department on the south side of the store and found the employee 'Mike' (although Noble was on his apron) and his attitude was so poor as to make us feel as though we were putting him out by asking some questions. Finally, when he put his hand up in my wife's face and told her to 'wait a minute' and walked the other direction is when we got hold of the manager. That is when our experience changed. The manager on duty Jeff turned a disappointing visit to this store into a very enjoyable and memorable experience. My wife and I are small business owners in Arvada and we know the importance of good customer service and we were happy to have had the opportunity to interact with Jeff. We cannot say enough about what an asset Jeff is to this store!

Clean store. Easy to find the products. Staff gives good fast service.

Nice store. The people there are great. Easy to find the lightbulbs I was looking for after other places didn't have what I needed.

Don't get your appliances delivered from them. They gave me a 3-7pm window. They called at 745pm saying they would be there in 1 hour. No problem. They never showed up. I waited until midnight. When I called they wanted me to take another day off of work and reschedule. I can't do that this time of year. When I called Mike the GM was very unwilling to help me out. So disappointed I cancelled my whole order. Done with them. BEWARE!!!!!

Literally amazing customer service. Woody, Danny, and Donna helped us, and they were incredible. We've never been treated so wonderfully at any store as we were here. Amazing experience.
