The Thornton store is often a busy location, but the employees there have always been top-notch with their knowledge and customer service. Truly a welcome breath of fresh air in an increasingly impersonal retail world.

This store has been so helpful every time I've been in. Cashier Karen is especially nice and friendly.

Just need a little more customer assistance in the tile aisle. Everything is so heavy and can't always find help.

The store employees are rude and unprofessional no help especially the paint shop manager and workers. Bad experience with the workers in paint shop and the manager.

I wanted to express my frustration about an experience that I had in your 102nd home Depot location. I'd like to start by saying that I frequent Home Depot all of the time and this is the store that is closest to my house. I purchased a $6 succulent from another home Depot location ,(in Arvada, CO) and noticed after 3 days it was starting to look limp. I went to my local home Depot to try and replace it and I was told by two rather unhelpful women that they can't exchange plants without a receipt. I totally understand this policy and promptly left with my plant. However, a few days later when I was in the Home Depot in Lakewood and informed by an employee there that you have the ability to look up receipts if you have the transaction date (which I did), the amount (also had) and the credit card which I also had. I'm very annoyed about the fact that your employees we're so dismissive and ready to say no, rather than trying to help me replace a $6 plant. This isn't even about the cost of the plant. It is moreso about the fact that I encountered a really crappy experience with very unhelpful people. Just wanted to pass this feedback along so that hopefully you can train your employees on your own policies.

I never have a problem finding someone when I need help at this store, unlike other chains. If I can't find it, I just ask an associate who's around..and Not hiding like other places..Thanks Home Depot !

Wonderful customer service.

Not that any Home Depot is great but this store is especially bad. It is always a struggle to get ANYONE to help you. Even when you can find someone they ALWAYS try to "call" someone over to help but nobody ever shows. The employees at the paint counter are very helpful but good luck with customer service if you get a mistinted paint. They will do everything they can to keep you from exchanging the paint for what you actually paid for. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!

I do almost all my home item shopping at this store and usually find what I need but sometimes when it's busy it's hard to get help but it's the store of my choice and most often am quite pleased

1. During parking, noticed many empty shopping carts blocking parking spaces. 2. Only two employees working the customer service area with six to seven people waiting to be served. 3. Most isles were hard to navigate do to shoppers and stocking items in the isle. (Had to excuse myself from customers to get by). 4. In general, many isles were not properly maintained for cleanliness. (Debris such as packing material, banding material and in general, also needing to be swept).

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE GARDENING CENTER...

It's a good store. But this particular day they did not have a sharpie me and my husband were looking for. Overall been here many times. 4 out of 5.
