Both Jim in doors and windows and Yvette (Newbury Park, California) were very helpful in finding the "in stock" doors and ordering the one that had to be special ordered.

They are military friendly and the associates representing the store are usually friendly and helpful. Their prices are competitive. Very organized. Large inventory to choose from.

I was looking for items to install ceramic tiles...Aisles are marked very clearly so I was able to find what I was looking for right away. When I went to check out the associate was so pleasant and helpful...I had some issue with my credit card...she asked permission to help...of course I said 'PLEASE'... She was so helpful and pleasant to deal with...but then all of my visits are always pleasant!!

Too many times the store doesn't have basic stocked items. Not just a covid problem. The The store is hard to manuver in the entry. And the parking lot has the worst night time commercial lighting of any place I frequent. I won't go there after dark. Not safe.

Jim is the best in every department. Doors, Locks, Gutter screens, you name it he knew it.

This Home Depot has served me and this community well and is consistently well managed and staffed with quality personnel who are a definite asset to the store.

Needed help on the isle. Very busy day, went to Customer service, Got all my answers and help with a smile. got what I needed too.

The Home Depot in Newbury Park has some of the most helpful salespeople. It wasn't always this way. But it is nice to see the change.

Had an issue with my special order. The Customer Service desk was efficient and quickly resolved the problem to my satisfaction.

Two employees appeared to want to spend time together than help customers. Then when I did get help, one was extremely rude and did everything he could to convince me to leave.

I purchased some products and everything was great... except a propane burner... so I returned it and they took care of me right away a d the customer service was great

If it had not been for an in store employee, Joanna Montecinos, I would have terminated my sale and never returned to Home Depot. I had a dreadful on-line experience with the "Help" line. They offered nothing more than a response that had been prompted from an in house book. Ms. Montecinos solved my problem in no time and I will return a happy customer.

I asked for assistance locating a cart and having some dirt loaded up for me because I’m not allowed to lift anything right now. I came across Tony, and he was incredibly rude. He pointed to the parking lot and said “yep, you can get a cart out there” and when I asked for help with loading dirt his response was “It will be a while before I can help you” while sounding frustrated that I had even asked. The garden center had a great selection and the cashier was lovely but Tony completely ruined my experience here. I understand being stressed, and a store being short staffed however, being rude to customers is ridiculous. I hope someone speaks with Tony about his level of customer service. He could have easily offered to find someone else to help me instead of being rude.

Beware your Store Credit can NOT be used for Online purchases. They don't tell you that at the store. Only when you're trying to purchase online. So you have to drive BACK to the store to use it.

I decided to come into the store in Thousand Oaks and purchase a brand new washing machine… The machine I first purchased was not satisfactory and I spoke to JESSICA, the assistant general manager at the store, and she absolutely took great initiative to make sure that we got something else in replacement of the one machine that was not working properly… I could not believe the customer service I received and how friendly and informative she was to get what I needed and make sure that I was satisfied..

Hal helped me find some items that I had no idea where they were on multiple occasions. He even knew where a random item was just by describing what it did. It was awesome.

Very pleasant people and a well-stocked and clean store. The layout is weird but that ain’t their fault.
