The employees were extremely helpful and even got some lumber down with the forklift that we needed to finish our project. The store was extremely neat and clean. I will shop there instead of the Camarillo store from now on since the Customer Service is so much better.

All the employees are great, very helpful and give their best. The on line item locator is extremely helpful for getting to products fast. Isle + shelf...

More emphasis should be on helping customers on the floor..Most people dont want to waste time in an shareware store roaming around ..

Got exceptional customer service from Jim in hardware and Frank in customer service. Both these gentlemen went above and beyond to help me find and secure a product that was in ad but not on floor.

Sandy in customer service went above and beyond to help me get the product I needed when the stores close to my home were out of stock. Home Depot is so lucky to have a wonderful and friendly employee!

While the employees in the store are terrific, I am upset that this Home Depot sold me a defective toilet that had been returned by another customer. When I picked up the toilet, I noticed that the box was opened, but I didn't think anything of it. My plumber discovered that the unit had already been installed (due to wax residue on the base), and then he realized that it was a defective product, which is why it was returned. I have ended up paying triple the cost of installation since we had to take the time to return to the store, return the defective item, and purchase a new one for installation. When I returned the item, the store employees were extremely helpful, so I am not directing this review toward them.

OUR LOCAL HOME DEPOT STORE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. THEY CONTINUE TO INOVATE MERCHANDICE DISPLAYS AND USE THEIR FLOOR SPACE TO DISPLAY GOODS IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE. THEIR PERSONNEL ARE ALWAYS IN GOOD SPIRITS AND READY TO HELP YOU, IF NEEDED...I'LL BE BACK!

I have shopped here since it was built. Always works well for me. Today, Associate Sandy in Customer Service was very helpful with some non-standard requests. She took the time to help while being very pleasant.

I looked up the product online, and it gave me the aisle number and bin number of the product, and even texted it to me. It really helped to be able to find it so easily in that big store.

Couldn't find a rake that I wanted and Valerie who was passing by was able to help me find it! She was super friendly and helpful. Store was overall clean and neat looking.

Cashiers with their masks around their neck instead of on their face, Isle employees with mouth covered but not nose, person directing people to registers also with mask around mouth and not nose. They say they close early to sanitize the store but then don't take the mandated masks seriously. You know then that they also are't checking temperatures or probably even cleaning anything when not being watched.

Purchased a washer & dryer, Valerie was extremely helpful!!

I have been a customer of Home Depot for many years. Unfortunately the store has been deteriorating for some time. Customer service has never been great especially when knowledgeable help is needed. Recently I was forced to stand in line in the rain to do a return. Bad management of resources and planning. Further, I asked for an item shown to be there online and was told they never heard of it. Finally I opted for an alternative item but was told it needed a forklift but none available. I could go on and on....Sad.

Store is Ok, but virus and germs spreading hand held scanners at check out counters are not. These hand held scanners will spread virus and germs from customer to customer. Very unsafe. Time to change checking out system, Home Depot.

This applies for all Home Depot stores that I know: Why do Home Depot stores have virus and germ spreading hand held scanners at check out counters ? It is against all hygiene and clean hands policy we all need to practice. Time to get rid of those hand held scanners, Home Depot. They are hurting your customers by spreading virus from customer to customer. Not good.

Was not a good visit. Many employees were not wearing masks for one thing. Also we needed assistance in finding a certain part and no one was around. Found out several were gathered together goofing around coming out of the restroom area. Very uncaring and unprofessional! The whole experience was not good. Worst experience we have ever had at our hometown Home Depot!

As a Retired Senior during our current COVID 19 Stay at Home restrictions ,I was hesitant to come to Home Depot but I needed to get started on a planned back yard project before the hot California summer arrived. Even while prepared with my mask and gloves ,I was very pleased by the Social Distancing and regulated occupancy plan that they had in affect. Also Store Manager RAMON was very helpful as was Customer Service associate SANDY. I Highly recommend the Thousand Oaks Home Depot.

Great pick up and online ordering in these hard times! i called in the special services desk put everything together for me to pick up quick and easy for mini home projects for people like me with no major experience home renovation.

The staff here have always been pretty helpful and friendly. When the stores not swamped the staff here are ready to help or find someone who can. I rarely leave this store disappointed and I've been coming here since they opened.
