Great location with friendly, helpful store associates to make purchases quick, simple and pleasant.

This HD store is the closest to our home and the one we have in the past most often visited for home maintenance needs. If I were to grade it on associates only, I would have to give it about a c-. To get the attention of an associate, you most often have to run one down and then they may or may not take you where you need to go and they may or may not help you when you get there. Within the HD system, there are better run stores. From now on, I plan to make the next closest HD store my primary one.

Well run store. Convenient to my house and reasonably well stocked. Everyone follows mask protocol and is generally friendly and helpful. Several times employees have gone above and beyond to help get me checked out and loaded with large orders.

If you are a free thinking human then avoid Sherry for a cashier. She's an automaton who has no ability to discern and will ruin your shopping experience. It's almost as if you're back in the pre-civil rights era-"no mask!.......no service! " Reminds me of the "colored only" signs at water fountains, bathrooms and counters.

Nice location, fairly busy and seem to have everything in stock and the store seems to be clean. I would only say that store associates need to be trained to be a heck of a lot more proactive at greeting customers and asking if there is anyway they can help. I came across 3 associates in different areas that were not helping other customers and when I asked them about helping me find a product they acted as if I had just interfered with what they were doing! Great Customer service goes a very long way in keeping customer loyal to a particular store and sadly they did not pass the test on this!

Ramon who works in the hardware department went absolutely above and beyond in a way that most people don’t even think about who work in customer service. I could be more grateful for his help and expertise. Seriously with praises and give this man a raise. He heard my issue and even stayed past when he was supposed to go to lunch to help me get it resolved. Thank you thank you, thank you!

They don't make people wear masks! Several people not wearing masks, I told them to get away from me, social distancing required!

I did find the products and receive the help needed. The cashier Pamela was friendly, polite, she is fast and don't make me lost time. She did her job great and make me fell part of the Home Depot family.

Good luck if you want any kind of straw.... a lot to be desired.

This is a crappy Home Depot. Out of stock on common things and always a mess. Terrible employees and awful customer service!

I have always had a positive experience at Home Depot, including at this store. Last week, two employees were particularly helpful in helping me to find what I needed and then to put the heavy items into my cart and then into my car. Great customer service!

I went to the Tilly Mill Home Depot to buy some stones got my garden. As I was waiting for a garden associate, I learned that there was not one at that time. I needed six bags of stone, and they were out of reach on the second shelf of the display. Just as I was mad and leaving, Clay came up to me and asked how he could help me. I recognized him from last week, and I knew he didn't work in the garden area, but he greeted me with a smile on his face and promptly pulled a ladder over and loaded my stone onto the cart. Then he pushed my cart to the check out, helped me check out and loaded the stone into my car. Clay turned a bad experience into an excellent experience! You need more people like Clay. Thank you.

The customer service cashiers, especially on the evening crew, need to learn how to complete a phone sale by looking up a registered card.

This Home Depot has the most healthy looking plants/garden center around metro Atlanta. The sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable.

The Tilly Mill store was clean and items were easy to find. I had a backyard problem to solve. The associates in the Outside Garden Department were friendly and helpful. Ask for Dre’ if he is working on the day you visit. He has a great attitude, he’s a problem solver, and he is full of positive energy!!!

Very fast check out and return process. May need to wait sometimes when the customer service desk is busy but are able to immediately finish helping when served.

I visited your store on Sunday July 5th. I made a purchase at 4:48 PM. One of my items was 10 bags of mulch. The cashier, Rosy, instructed me to pull my car around and the guys in the pick-up lot would load it into my car. I pulled around and the 2 teenagers lounging at their picnic table (they never stood up the entire time of our conversation) explained to me that they did not have that mulch in the pick-up lot. After some back and forth during which it was obvious they had no intention in getting the mulch for me, I parked my car, grabbed a cart and went back into the garden center. During this entire time there was another teenager on a forklift apparently moving things from the pick-up lot back into the store or vice versa. I strolled by Rosy, who did not wonder or at least ask why I was coming back in to load the 10 bags of mulch myself. I then loaded my mulch on the cart and then wheeled it by Rosy and the teenagers who were now coming into the store for what I assumed was a break or the end of the day. No one offered to help and actually looked away when I got close enough to ask. So, I wheeled my cart out out to my car and loaded it myself. I then tried to call the store and asked to speak with the manager listed on the bottom of the receipt. The person indicated the manager was not on premise, so I asked for the manager in charge. He explained he was one of the managers and his name was Clifford. I explained the sequence of events and he neither apologized nor agreed they should have helped. As we progressed it seemed that he may been the teenager (not sure) driving the forklift and was actually part of the issue. I explained that if he could not understand the issue, then I was not going to bother and try and convince him. Instead I emailed the manager, completed the survey on the bottom of my receipt, and filled out this review.
