I love my Tilly Mill Home Depot. The people there are always so nice and helpful. Last week I was trying to find just the right vanity light at the right price and also some LED bulbs for different rooms. I connected with Craig first - he was wonderful about explaining the LEDs and giving me good general information. Next I wanted to purchase a vanity light and some of my issues required an assistant manager which brought me to I think it was Dewan, or Duane or Duan - I am not sure how he spells it, but he was great and worked hard on helping me and we ended ordering it online for a store delivery. He introduced me to Yemisy and told me to see her when I came back for the light, and she was a treasure when I came back - she made sure I had everything I needed. Unfortunately, the light fixture I picked out was just wrong :-(, and today I took it back and got to see Craig and Yemisy again. Craig even called me by name. :-0 Again, they were just great. They gave me some ideas to think about, so now I am back at the drawing board, but I will make a point to say "hi" to these people the next time I am there.

This store is well run. You can just tell that the employees here appreciate their customers, and that friendliness and helpfulness is the norm. Whoever the manager is here, they are doing a great job. Thank you for making this Home Depot my personal favorite!

This store has very good employees who are very helpful and go out of there way. The only complaint I would have is the rental section certain days the employee there disappears and the tools they put for sale at the rental section sometimes don't come with all the assemblies

It's not always need a neat store but that's only because there's constant stocking going on and I can appreciate that

This store's Tool Rental Equipment Repair Team (Tech Robert) is highly skilled and very customer focused. He put me at ease during a very difficult time with his technical knowledge and abilities. Also appreciated his support team too (David, Enrique and one other tech whose name I did not catch). Outstanding group, rare for today where standards are dwindling across our entire society.

Clean, friendly and professional employees. When I have to go to Home Depot, Tilly Mill is the first store the comes to mind. Although, this store is small the people that work there are always helpful and try to trouble shoot with you to really help you work out issues you might run into with your project. Love this store!!!!

Kossi in paint is the best. He is always cheerful and willing to help you out. I love when I come into the store and see him smiling at the paint counter. Makes my day a little better each time I have to come get more paint for a project.

The store is conveniently located, it’s well staffed, and the staff (as of 2/19) has a deep knowledge base across the departments... AND the employees seek out the customers in the isles to lend advice and assistance. Excellent inventory.

Have the nastiest, smelliest, unsanitary, bathroom of any business in America, particularly for a Home Depot. It's been this way everyday for the month I've been on this job.

The Tilly Mill Home Depot is my first go to shop for home improvement anything. It is a rare occasion that this store is out of anything that I've shopped for in the last 20 years. The convenience of finding what I want, and receiving the best service from kind and helpful employees is also a definite plus.

Basically your average Home Depot with the one exception of a super helpful and friendly employee, Lucas. Customer service is a dying art and it is nice to work with someone like Lucas. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Demetria, at the Tilly Mill store, is the best! She helped us so much with the cutting of some blinds that we bought for my mother's house! Such a nice and helpful person!
