This store is very clean and very comfortable to shop. I want to buy some flowers plants and mulch Garden cashier Niru’s very helpful she’s very knowledgeable about garden nursery!

this day i had to return a clear glass which was different then 2 items i bought day before. when i returned customer service representative was asking how would you like to get the refund. i said i have to buy clear glass right now so whatever easy for you . then she took my driving license and gave me a gift card . i took clear glass and 2 glue and went to self service line . Allison asked my ID for the gift card payment. I gave my Id . she said can't take it because not matching name.I said Could you please asked your manager because i just got it from this home depot. she said this is not my job. i think this your job to take care me as a customer .home depot associate misspell my name. Allison said don't talk to me me like this. she was talking to other associate with Spanish. i said please talk English. she almost threw my glass ans glue. then i went to customer service center who issued my gift card . they were taking my order in the mean time Clifton came and said don't take his card . @ Clifton got mad because why they are taking my payment with same gift card . please ask your people what happened that time .please check the video if you have . thanks

Pine straw purchase on 3/28/20 was terrible. The associate who loaded the straw into my call car agreed with me and told me that this was the worst that he has ever seen. When I got it home, the bales were tiny (half-sized at best), dirty and were loaded with sticks and pine cones. Very disappointed. Should not have sold this to customers, certainly at least not at full price! Always enjoy going to Home Depot. Usually never disappointed. The store was clean. It was well stocked and had friendly associates and good quality merchandise, except for the pine straw. This purchase was a disaster!!!

One of the oldest Home Depot stores and without question the best service of any of the stores I visit.

The parking lot is always trashy and looks unkept. The biggest problem is the constant presence of day laborers in the parking lot. During my last visit as soon as I pulled into the lot I was immediately met by one of the individuals trying to wave me down. As a customer the last thing I want is someone trying to solicit me before I can even park my car. This creates a bad impression of the store and it's brand, and in my opinion creates a safety concern. Once inside the store it gets better. There's a lot of clutter at the entrance, but opens up once you get further into the store. The checkout is OK, but I'm not a fan of all the self checkout stations, as there are too few stations that accept cash. I wish management would take a serious role in cleaning up the problems in the parking to create a pleasant shopping experience.

The worse store I know of in the metro Atlanta area. Be prepared to be greeted by day laborers every time you pull into the parking lot. An ongoing problem with this store that management refuses or doesn't know how to correct. The parking lot is always dirty with plenty of litter, and the aisles are cluttered as you enter. I go here if I'm in a hurry and it's something small, otherwise I'll drive the extra distance to their competitor where the store is cleaner and safer.

Excellent customer service, Rocio (Manager) Abigail (Paint Department) helped with a stain purchase issue. They corrected problem quickly, both are assets to Home Depot. Tilly Mill store is one of the best in Atlanta.

when you go into the store and you can not find help please look for Mr Anthony he is not hard to find he wears a Retired Marines cap .He is very professional and he will jump threw hoops for you . [self check out]

My experience at Home Depot at Tillymill is always good. This week I needed assistance in plumbing and comparing prices for water heaters. A friendly, charming employee by the name of Reshawna (sp) helped me. She was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions pertaining to the product and Home Depot’s return policy. Although I promised to complete this survey after shortly my visit , I was unable to. I made time today during my downtime to give her a thumbs up for her excellent service. Keep up the positive attitude! She definitely represents the company well.

The worst store in my area. As soon as you drive onto the lot you are met by numerous day laborers trying to wave you down. Right away I haven't even gotten out of the car and I want to go someplace else. The store is fairly organized, but not as well kept and clean as other in the area. They remodeled the checkout area adding several registers, but only one accepts cash. So if you're paying cash or you're a veteran and want to use your discount get ready to wait. I'll use this store if I'm in a hurry because it's close. But any other time I drive the extra distance to the competition down the street.

Appliance rep was not very knowledgeable. Not sure how much the store is involved with delivery. Appliances were not delivered. Found out delivery was rescheduled only after I called them. Then the tracking said delivery had been attempted two days BEFORE it was scheduled! I cancelled my order three weeks ago, and still haven’t received my refund!! Flooring department lacks communication with installers. Installer waited days to weeks for response. Then product wasn’t ready for pickup when installer arrived. I won’t be buying flooring, appliances, or any other higher ticket items at this store again!
